Geschichtsträchtige Zimmer, die Mitarbeiter geben einem das Gefühl, wirklich willkommen zu sein.
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und ausserordentlich aufmerksame Mitarbeiter beim Nachtessen. Schöne Auswahl von vegetarische Speisen. Das Dachzimmer ist besonders im alten Stil gehalten und verfügt trotzdem über alles notwendige, was heute zu erwarten ist.

Ma : la manopola di regolazione dell’acqua calda in doccia anche quando l’acqua è appena tiepida diventa ROVENTE. Ne ha pagate le conseguenze la mia schiena: ora ho un’ustione con conseguente cicatrice

Hotel della Fortezza: una bellissima scoperta nel cuore di Sorano
Pros:

La prima cosa che colpisce dell'Hotel della Fortezza è la straordinaria atmosfera di pace e serenità che si respira. Un luogo davvero particolare, dove storia, bellezza e accoglienza si incontrano in maniera sorprendente.

E pensare che tutto questo nasce dalla visione, dall'intraprendenza e dal coraggio di un giovane proprietario e della sua famiglia, che hanno deciso di investire tempo, energie e risorse economiche per dare vita a un progetto così affascinante. È una cosa che merita di essere sottolineata e apprezzata, perché dietro questa struttura si percepiscono passione, impegno e desiderio di valorizzare un patrimonio storico straordinario.

L'esperienza comincia ancora prima di arrivare in hotel. Dal parcheggio si attraversa a piedi l'antica Fortezza Orsini, passando tra mura imponenti, antichi accessi, ponti e scorci panoramici meravigliosi. È già un piccolo viaggio nella storia, capace di trasmettere una sensazione di tranquillità e di distacco dalla frenesia quotidiana.

Si arriva così in Piazza Cairoli, cuore della fortezza, sulla quale si affacciano le camere dell'hotel. Ambienti sapientemente ristrutturati, con gusto e attenzione, nei quali il fascino dell'antico convive piacevolmente con la funzionalità e il comfort. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene.

Una bella sorpresa anche la ristorazione. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cena, con una cucina curata, piatti interessanti, un menù vario e proposte ben realizzate. Complimenti al cuoco, che dimostra capacità e attenzione nella preparazione delle portate.

Anche la colazione è piacevole e ben organizzata, con una buona scelta sia di dolce sia di salato. Alcune preparazioni particolari sono disponibili con un supplemento, una scelta che possiamo comprendere nell'ottica di un equilibrio dei costi di gestione.

Un capitolo a parte merita l'esperienza della degustazione dei vini, che consiglio vivamente di non perdere.

Tolles Ambiente in der alten Festung mit Blick über den Ort. Sehr freundlichs Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Beim Frühstück ist nur 1 Getränk inklusive, jeder weitere Kaffee kostet 2.50 €.
Unser Abendessen war von Pannen durchzogen, wir wurden sehr unbequem und beengt plaziert und wir fanden das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis des Essens nicht angemessen.
