Wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying and eating at the hotel restaurant
Pros:

We stayed in room 24, which is one of only a handful that have air-conditioning and it was fantastic. The room was clean, it was comfortable, and it overlooked the Fortress courtyard. We loved the staff. Everyone was friendly starting with the receptionist all the way through the staff at the restaurant. We would highly recommend the restaurant. The food was great and the presentation makes you feel like you are at five star restaurant. We also did the wine tasting with the owner. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once we were finished with the wine tasting, we went on to dinner and he was there to help guide us through the wonderful menu. If you are truly looking for an old world European experience, we would highly recommend staying here.

Pros:

This is unique area of Italy and wonderful property in a great walkable town. Don’t miss the vineyard tour and talk about the unique history of the area.

Great place with small discomfort
Pros:

Great location, views we’re great and breakfast was good

Cons:

Staff did great upgrading one of the rooms with AC but they need to retrofit all rooms to have it….great place and great location but with this kind of weather AC is a must have…..also need better directions where to park and how to get to the place cause it was confusing and we drove up a driveway unnecessary

Mágico hotel
Pros:

Todo. Nos sorprendimos, es perfecto y te sientes en una película… cenar en su restaurante en la terraza, con buena música, pasear por Sorano de noche, dormir excelente. Esperamos volver.
