Cons:

Night time people knocking and mess around to these rooms the time you go down there and tell him they didn't did much yet and there was a party downstairs being loud by the office. They need these maintenance and clean the heaters before they ran them every so often

Departure was interrupted by train blocking northbound roadways. There should be some communication between your office and railway so your clients have warning about very long delays if they are heading north from your hotel

Pleasant surprise in Council Bluffs
Pros:

Room tho small was very comfortable. Good bed and pillows. Nice size tv and number of channels. Bathroom looked newly remodeled.
Breakfast was more than adequate.

Cons:

Elevator needs cleaned (carpet). Door needs checked. Very noisy and discomforting.

The elevator was acting up, making noise, and the door would shut, then open back up constantly. No microwave in the room.
