Pros:

It was affordable

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable. The breakfast was just ok. It was the same both mornings. Switch it up.

Comfortable beds and nice pool for the grandkids
Pros:

Staff was very nice, bed was comfortable and grandkids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was as expected, waffles, eggs, cereal. Rooms were across the hall from each other and we requested close, so that was perfect.

Cons:

Rooms were not ready one hour past check-in time. Staff was very kind and explained that they were short staffed, it was frustrating but things happen.

Pros:

The wifi was fast,the staff were nice and polite and the breakfast was decent

Cons:

I didn't like that the ac unit was too loud and it didn't keep the room cold, they only had ONE ROKU REMOTE FOR tHE WHOLE BUILDING!! We had to call a member of the staff to come turn on our tv because the remote they had in the room wasn't working and we had to unplug the TV to turn it off , the pool was so small and they were people drinking.

Awful dont book
Cons:

Place was awful. Druggies in the parking lot and next door. Screaming till 4am then the people above sound like they’re going to come through the floor. Slamming doors. Breakfast was cold and crowded.

Great value
Pros:

Our stay in Council Bluffs was an incredible value for the price. We will definitely book a room again. Good job Microtel and Wyndham.
