チェックイン前後の荷物一時預かりで不快な思い。
Cons:

以前コンフォートホテル岐阜に宿泊した際、岐阜駅に午前中に到着しチェックイン前(宿泊当日の10時頃)にキャリーケースを預かってもらおうとしたら、拒絶され、再度駅まで戻ってコインロッカーを使う羽目に陥ったという不愉快な経験があった。相変わらず使わせないのか？

良かった。
Pros:

呉自衛隊資料館や大和ミュージアム等がすぐ近くにありとても良かった。駅も近く場所的には最高です。

Cons:

近辺の食事処マップのようなものがあればよかった。夕飯の食事処に困った（スタッフの方に聞かなかったのも失敗でした。）駐車場料金がいるとは知らなかった。

お世話になりました
Pros:

立地が良く駅近でした。

Cons:

東京から出張で利用。設備の老朽化が目立ちます。特にウォシュレットの動きが怪しかったです。あと固さが中途半端な薄い枕がひとつのみで体に合わず安眠はできなかったです。。。30分おきに目覚め翌日の仕事が正直きつかったです。次回の出張では正直別のホテルを検討したいと思います。
