Good location
Really well priced and good value for money.
The check in was simple and very clean and cool
Brett on reception was very helpful on the night shift
No lift to car park
The room and the hotel looked amazing, so were the beds. The staff we met very kind.
The wait to check in could have been shorter, was probably 8 to 10 minutes. The parking situation is odd as well. Everyone seems to park where they want.
ok to all but a bit pricey
a bit pricey for what you got
Exactly in the position required and very friendly staff. Clean, smart, comfy.

The air conditioning wasn’t that good and reset from the temperature I was setting it to every hour or two through the night, so I didn’t sleep well

Taxi couldn’t pull up outside hotel - mobility issues

There was no fridge or a safe in the room.
Great location. Comfortable room
Avoid This Hotel at All Costs
This has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I booked an 11-night stay and paid over **$2,000**, expecting a comfortable stay and professional service. Instead, I have been met with rude staff, poor management, and a complete lack of hospitality.
The breaking point came after I ordered a **$6 beer**. I had just arrived from a long international flight and had worked an entire day. Exhausted, I finally laid down to take a short nap when the front desk called my room and demanded that I come to the lobby **immediately** to pay for the beer. I politely asked if I could pay after resting for a little while, but the manager insisted that I come downstairs right away with my credit card. Waking up a paying guest over a $6 charge after they've spent more than $2,000 on their stay is beyond unreasonable. It was disrespectful, unnecessary, and showed a complete lack of customer service.
Unfortunately, that was not the only issue. The rooms are outdated, the sofas are old and visibly dirty, and the room key cards stop working constantly. Almost every day I have had to return to the lobby just to have my key reactivated. It's an inconvenience that should not happen at a hotel charging these rates.
The staff could greatly benefit from professional customer service training. Hospitality is about making guests feel welcome and valued, not treating them like an inconvenience over a $6 charge.
I travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel. Save yourself the frustration, spend your money elsewhere, and choose a hotel that actually values its guests.
If this is for a public review site, this version is likely to be taken more seriously because it focuses on specific, verifiable experiences rather than exaggeration.
Breakfast arrangements were excellent. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Nothing I can think of.
