Cons:

Room card was awful took us ages to gain access to the room, after going back to reception.
The room next to us was disgustingly loud, shouting, arguing, banging on doors. We did not sleep at all. And checked out early.

Everything, good location. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice that they have separate Gluten Free area and separate toaster

Cons:

The only issue, which is getting rectified in the next week or so was the Key Card system, we had to get KeyCard sorted nearly everyday of our stay, where it wouldn't open our door and had to go to reception nearly everyday to get it sorted.

A lovely hotel in a good location.
Pros:

Good location with parking. Staff were friendly and a good selection at breakfast.

Cons:

Sofa bed not made up on arrival, had to ask twice. Very thin mattress and no duvet on the sofa bed.

Disappointing but not the worst

It smelled nice, if a little over powering

The promised parking was non existent and we had to pay to park in a car park a 10 minute walk away and haul our things over busy roads by hand

Pros:

Clean, comfortable, good value. A bit of road noise, but nothing problematical. Wide selection for breakfast, including gluten free. Helpful staff. Close to the centre of town, but if you don't drive its a pleasant 20 minute walk down the river to the train station.
