Cons:

The rooms … outdated and in need of refurb .. even a quick deep clean paint job would help … room bathroom no where need today’s basic modern standards and expectations

Cons:

Rooms are very outdated need a refurb not worth a 4 star for this reason had to change as room smelt of vapes the man swiftly accomodated this at reception.

Download Festival stay
Pros:

Always stay here for Download Festival. Staff are always welcoming and very helpful to the rock fans staying every year.

Cons:

They do jack the room prices up during Download weekend, I get it tho, demand and supply and all the other hotels do it too.
