Cons:

Breakfast had a good choice but the quality of the food was not so good. The outside bbq area was very bad food quality. The beach next to the hotel is ok but not with sand. Only with pebble stone.

Pros:

Very high quality over price ratio.
It definitely felt like we were staying at a 5* hotel while paying for a 3*.
The room and amenities were all top notch. Hotel breakfast was also great even though a lot of families with energetic children were present.

This hotel does all the right things!
Pros:

This lovely hotel strives for outstanding guest service… And they really achieve it! From the greeting upon entrance, to the “orientation “in your room, to all of the nice little extra touches, the SeaView Garden Hotel is the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. I switched to this hotel from a “famous name brand” that was more expensive and provided horrible service and wish I had skipped that one and stayed longer at SeaView.
Just a couple examples of their added touches... All hotels are now requiring swim caps to go in the pool - the first hotel sold me an exorbitantly overpriced piece of crap. SeaView, not realizing I had one, offered me one for no charge. There are water bottles in the gym, at the pool and plenty in your room. The room was large, spacious, and had a tub and big shower. There were lots of amenities including bath salts, free drinks in the fridge, and a fruit plate, besides all the usuals. When I returned to my room in the evening, they had left a plate with snacks and little “gifts.” Every place I went, and each time I came or went, I was warmly greeted - always in English. There was a tiny issue with the room (the tub was dirty upon arrival - they were mortified!) and at least 3 people stopped me to apologize.
I usually prefer staying in hotels that are a little more centrally located so I can walk around town, but if I return to Qingdao, I would probably sacrifice that and just not leave the premises (or, of course, take a taxi/Didi) - enjoy the restaurants and bars/lounges on property.
One caveat ... this is not a modern hotel. They definitely go more for grandeur - perhaps a bit too much - and things are a bit overdone and old-fashioned for my taste, but as I’ve mentioned, the level of caring and attention to detail really outweighs that for me.

Luxurious!
Pros:

We stayed at Seaview Garden Hotel (海景花園酒店)for one night after we returned from Qufu trip. The location of Hotel is just perfect for us to relaxing and enjoying the view.
The hotel has a remarkable entrance, beautiful lobby and brilliant hall.
Our bedroom was large, well set with a large king-sized bed, comfortable sitting area, nice and open closet, and contemporary magnificent bathroom. Service was excellent. Concierge assistance was great. Wi-fi was strong and easy to connect. We enjoyed Hotel’s gorgeous breakfast.
We enjoyed the stay.

Very Pleasant Stay
Pros:

Went on a business trip for a week. Long days long journeys everyday and coming back to a nice comfortable room. Can't ask for more.
Hotel clean, rooms are big & clean with all amenities available. Staff are super friendly & very helpful. When checking in was very friendly greeted with a big welcome.
Location is good too as mainly 20 mins by cab to the main city for food & drinks. Just across from the hotel is the bay.
Highly recommended.

リゾートホテルっぽい感じではあるが評価ほど高くないと思う。やはり海南島のリゾートホテルと比べるとレベルが違いすぎる。中国人ファミリーにはいいかもしれないが外国人は市内のウエスティンやシャングリラの方が良い。朝ご飯も洋食はほとんどない。

Wow what a view
Pros:

Visited recently on a business trip. We arrived late and were pleased by the welcome by front of house staff and were kindly shown to our rooms. This is a large hotel and caters to business or family groups. Breakfast was very good and allowed for a number of needs whether Chinese or European including English. Staff were always very friendly and there to help. The 2pm check out was very welcome as our flight back was not until late. If you enjoy the sea and seaside walks this is a perfect place. Close to the sea and local amenities. I would certainly welcome a return visit.

All you need and expect
Pros:

Couldn’t agree more with the overall reviews. The staff is always there to help with pleasure. The service is just what you would expect for this type of hotel.
Above all, that’s a very family friendly place. Probably the most children friendly in the Qingdao.
The food is also good with a nice bar/lounge near the reception area along with a friendly staff + good service.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The hotel and entire property is also very well maintained and clean.
