Very courteous staff and clean facilities
Pros:

By mistake I had booked for 2 nights instead of booking for 1 night. Ms Lavinia from the reception took all efforts to speak with Booking.com and sort out the issue for me. She had gone the extra mile to set an example on how to handle customers and exceed customer satisfaction.

Avevo sentito parlare di questo hotel da amici del posto, ma il mio soggiorno mi ha fatto convincere che questo hotel è veramente un'eccellenza del territorio, ancora meglio delle mie aspettative. Posizione ideale, ampio e comodo parcheggio, personale estremamente gentile ed efficiente, camera molto ampia, pulita, letto perfetto, bagno ampio e molto ben accessoriato. Wi-fi perfetto, colazione ricca e con prodotti di qualità, dove servono come standard un'ottima spremuta di arancia e torte fresche. Acceptable pour une nuit
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse. le lit confortable
Petit déjeuner italien très bien.

Cons:

La prise pour charger son portable est au milieu du lit.
La porte de ma chambre ne s'ouvrait pas avec la carte électronique, j'ai du redescendre à la réception à plusieurs reprises pour chercher de l'aide. La fenêtre de la salle de bain donne sur les autres chambres et il n'y a pas de rideaux ou store pour boucher la vue.
Le matin j'ai été réveillée par les techniciens de surface qui discutaient juste devant ma porte.

Pekná a čistá izba. Záhrada na raňajky je super.

Na izbe chýbali lyžičky na čaj a kávu. Slabý vyber na raňajky.
