Hotel 4 stelle perfetto per visitare i laghi Como e Lecco

Sicuramente l'accoglienza, la camera e la posizione intesa come vicina al luogo che intendevo visitare, per la posizione è invece un po' anonima , tra capannoni industriali e una buona vista dalla camera solo dai piani alti (sopra il terzo...). Molto bella la doccia con soffione idromassaggio e bottigliette acqua/bollitore a disposizione nella camera.

Cons:

La pulizia della camera, soprattutto il bagno, non era perfetta.. inoltre alcuni dettagli che non mi fanno dare il massimo dei voti (placchetta prese elettriche che si staccano dalla parete, bidoncino getta rifiuti nel bagno non funzionante per l'apertura a pedale, telecomando del TV non perfettamente funzionante, aria condizionata rimososa, tendoni camera con gancetti staccato, ecc.).. niente di grave ma un insieme di mancanze che in un quattro stelle forse non ci dovrebbero essere...

Pros:

Sicuramente la posizione ed il servizio della colazione: varia, ricca e con un’attenzione alle persone intolleranti al glutine

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza non era ottimale, sarebbe un punto da poter sicuramente migliorare con un po’ di attenzione.
Per il resto, nulla, era tutto perfetto!

Cons:

Das Bett!!! Ich habe jede Feder der Matratze gespürt und die schlaflose Nacht war sehr lang. Das war mit Abstand das unbequemste Bett meiner ganzen Italienrundreise.

Comfortable stay in a convenient location
Pros:

24-hour reception, with very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. The hotel is excellently located for an overnight stop on our journey from Malpensa to Tirano, allowing us to set off the next day and explore the attractions around Lake Como. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered a reasonable variety by Italian standards. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Pros:

The hotel was very quiet and exceptionally clean. It is perfectly located for exploring the Lake Como area and the surrounding towns. The reception staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

Cons:

The main downside was the breakfast and bad.
The food selection was quite poor, and some products would run out and were not sufficient for all guests.
During all the days we stayed there, the breakfast options remained exactly the same every morning. There were also no vegetables available at all, which was disappointing.

The bed was absolutely terrible — it was almost impossible to sleep on it. The mattress and pillows were awful. Every morning we woke up feeling like we had been beaten up.
