Wir waren zufrieden u würden wieder kommen, für ein paar Tage gut machbar!

Die Lage ist unschlagbar.
Bei der Buchung war kostenloser Zugang zum abendlichen Live-Jazz enthalten (super-Niveau u klar, dass man für die Musiker*innen dann etwas extra gibt- kann man einfach mit auf die Bar-Rechnung setzen lassen)

Cons:

Zimmer sind etwas eng, aber ok für einige Tage.
Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen- aber vielleicht auch besser bei dem Straßenlärm. Es gab AC.

Good location, walkable to all parts of the city.

Cons:

Rooms are very basic and tired and didn’t seem that clean. Booked a double room and the bed was more like a 3/4 - pretty small. Room also really small and stuffy. Price included breakfast but it doesn’t start until 9am (and only toast, tea/coffee/juice) so didn’t get chance to try it as we were out earlier than that each day.

Live Jazz and Good Vibes
Pros:

It is on Queen Street and a short walk to Roy Thomson Hall. There is live music and a restaurant downstairs. I love the posters and paintings decorating the rooms and hall. The menu has good vegan and vegetarian options.

Cons:

The music goes on into the night. I like it, but some people might prefer a quieter room. Also, downtown Toronto has lots of noise at night. You will hear plenty of sirens. This is true of many hotels downtown on busy streets.

The Best Jazzy Hotel 🎶
Pros:

I like everything about the Rex Hotel, especially the live entertainment. The rooms are cozy. The location is perfect. Everything right outside the door. I can't wait to return. 😁

Pros:

First thing: the hotel stuff i would rate 6 out of 5. Literally. So nice and helpful. They are the gem of the place, made a huge impression on me. Second thing: great hotel in great area, close by and with easy access to everything important in the city. Even tho our room we had was surprisingly quiet all the time. And the beds were sooo comfortable... Aircon works very well in the room.
The room needs a bit touch of renovation but we are not that fossy.

Cons:

The window in our room was not opening at all so we couldnt ventilate the room properly. And thats all here.

Pros:

Above a Jazz and Blues club. Central location. 20 minutes walk from main train station. Local to metro station.

Cons:

Small rooms. No tray for a large suitcase. Lack of USB ports to charge phone etc. The pungent smell of marajuana outside on the street.
