Personale gentile, accogliente... posizione ottima.
Bello perché ci siamo rilassati con la piscina che era a disposizione. Colazione e cena devo dire abbastanza abbondante.

Cons:

Un po' insoddisfatta per le sdraio che c'erano in piscina erano un po' sporche e anche le ragnatele nelle sedie del terrazzo.

La poca chiarezza nell' organizzazione della colazione, nessuno aveva menzionato il fatto che non potevamo sederci dove volevamo, non c'era nessuno a cui chiedere all' inizio, e siamo stati malamente fatti spostare da altri ospiti visto che nessuno ci aveva detto come funzionava

Location, breakfast was ok.

Cons:

Outdated. Dirty mattress, 3rd bed wasn’t provided with bedsheets. Got bedsheets at the reception after explaining a few times that 3 people don’t sleep in 2 single beds as she kept implying there were 2 beds. No fridge in the room.

Orașul Garda frumos ai ce vizita.

Camera de la hotel cu mobila veche din anii 80 ,patul inconfortabil, salteaua se mișca de pe pat nu era stabila,pernele inconfortabile,baia mica și înghesuita,mucegai in baie ,ușa de la dus stricata,in camera pereți murdari zgârieturi și crăpături și mucegai, păianjeni și gândaci.Un dulap calumea nu era ca sa poți să îți pui hainele,pe toate le- am ținut în valize,balconul cu o masă și trei scaune.Ar trebui renovat tot și rezolvată problema cu gândacii. Micul dejun era ok doar că avea puține chestii de mâncare și erau aceleași mâncăruri in fiecare dimineață.Gen parizer și șuncă și cașcaval și salam,Legume Castraveți și Rosii,oua fierte, bacon afumat, croisante,Salata de fructe și iaurt și prăjituri erau aceleași.Se repeta in fiecare dimineață ceea ce nu e normal.Iar la masa nu era o furculiță.Painea era uscată,aveai doar un cuțit și o linguriță pe masă.Personalul de la restaurant drăguț,personalul de la recepție unele fete drăguțe și amabile altele nu.Nu știu să vorbească cât de cât germană ceea ce ar trebui să știe pentru că vin multi turiști dar în realitate nu e ceea ce pare.Cand am întrebat la recepție daca putem avea foaia de la cina , doamna recepționeră mă întreba pentru ce îmi trebuie,i- am spus că vreau să știu ce este la cina de seară ,atâta sa câcâit și a sunat in stânga și în dreapta sa întrebe pe alții din hotel daca poate da sau nu să îmi de - a o foaie cu cina .Ei în Hotel ar trebui să aibă afișat despre cina de seară și și în camere.Ca așa e groaznic sa mergi in fiecare seara sa te rogi de iei sa îți tot zică ce este la cina. La câți bani am platit la acest hotel ar fi trebuit să arate frumos curat și să aibă tot ce este necesar.Apropo nici aerul condiționat nu mergea,trebuia să cobori la recepție sa le zici sa îți de- a drumul că altfel nu funcționa.
