Great place to stay
Pros:

Attentive staff, very clean rooms and excellent wifi. They really try to make you feel welcome. Gave us a free late check out without even asking. Food is very good.

Cons:

Minor things, shower drain was partially blocked so water was overflowing into bathroom floor. Also the kids had no bed or even a sofa bed. They each slept on a bench style sofa and that was a bit small and uncomfortable. Did not spoil our stay, but could be improved.

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, πολύ ωραίο φαγητό, άνετο δωμάτιο,ξεκούραστο κρεβάτι όλα ήταν τέλεια!! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ όλο το προσωπικό αλλά ιδιαίτερα τον Γιάννη στο bar για την ιδιαίτερη προσοχή που μας έδειξε και τα τέλεια κοκτέιλ☺️🤩

Τέλειο φαγητό, άψογη εξυπηρέτηση και άριστη καθαριότητα!!
Pros:

Μείναμε απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι από τη διαμονή μας, καθώς όλα ήταν υπέροχα. Το φαγητό ήταν εξαιρετικό και η καθαριότητα σε άριστο επίπεδο. Πάνω απ’ όλα, η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη και πραγματικά ξεχώρισε. Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά αξίζει στον Γιάννη, ο οποίος ήταν πάντα ευγενικός και πρόθυμος να μας εξυπηρετήσει σε ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε.

Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο πολύ καθαρό και το προσωπικό ευγενεστατο και εξυπηρετικό. Μας άρεσε πολύ το ζεστό καλωσόρισμα με ποτό, το μπουκάλι με κρασί στο δωμάτιο αλλά ακόμα περισσότερο η τσαντούλα με διάφορα δωράκια πριν φύγουμε. Στο all inclusive συμπεριλαμβανοταν επίσης οτιδήποτε υπήρχε στο minibar του δωματίου ενώ το φαγητό για all inclusive ήταν πάρα πολύ καλό και σε ποικιλία! Εξαιρετικός κύριος ο manager του ξενοδοχείου ο οποίος βρισκόταν παντού για να βρίσκονται όλα στην εντέλεια. Θα το επιλέξω ξανά για τις διακοπές μου.

One of the best experiences ever !
Pros:

I stayed for a three-day holiday with a friend, and I have to say that as a seasoned traveler, the service in this four-star hotel turned out to be one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had.

My friend and I were constantly “spoiled” — from being asked about our needs to receiving frequent complimentary treats such as snacks or bottles of wine or champagne. The food was delicious and varied, ranging from Italian and Asian cuisine to classic European dishes and a buffet.

As for the drinks — I think the bartenders made every cocktail I could possibly think of :D

There are two large outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a tennis court, and the sea is about 50 meters away. It’s a charming place with close proximity to the city center.

The entire team, including Yiannis, ensured our comfort and paid attention to even the smallest details. We truly felt spoiled like little children.

I can recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Cyprus. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about — even though, as a Pole, I kind of felt like finding something 😄

Highly recommended.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un hôtel haut de gamme
Pros:

Très bel hôtel avec des chambres vastes et salles de bain grandes et modernes. Buffets copieux à tous les repas avec une très bonne nourriture dans l’ensemble. À noter les attentions de l’hôtel : bouteilles de vin offertes, plateau de fruits, chocolats… chaque jour.

Cons:

Boissons incluses dans les repas plutôt moyennes. Nous avons eu un problème avec la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas et qui n’a pas été réparée malgré nos demandes mais c’est très secondaire pour un court séjour.

Υπέροχο προσωπικό! Τόσο ο διευθυντής, όσο τα άτομα στην υποδοχή, στο εστιατόριο αλλά και οι υπεύθυνες καθαριότητας ήταν απίστευτα εξυπηρετικοί και ευγενικοί. Επίσης, τα φαγητά ήταν πολύ νόστιμα και υπήρχαν πολλές επιλογές. Στο δωμάτιο μας περίμεναν σαμπάνια, φρούτα και γλυκά. Ωστόσο, αυτό που ξεχώρισα ήταν η καθαριότητα του ξενοδοχείου. Βάζω 10' !!!

Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν αυτή που έκανε την διαμονή μας ξεχωριστή. Το μπουφέ είχε μεγάλη ποικιλία φαγητών και γλυκών. Μπαίνοντας στο δωμάτιο μας είχαν φρούτα και σαμπάνια.Το απόγευμα χτύπησαν την πόρτα και μας πρόσφεραν γλυκά.Είχαμε ένα μικρό θέμα με το κλιματιστικό και την τηλεόραση και αμέσως ήρθαν να μας τα επιδιορθώσουν. Εκτός από την γρήγορη επίλυση του θέματος ο υπεύθυνος μας απολογήθηκε και μας έστειλε ένα δωράκι στο δωμάτιο. Πραγματικά το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και έκαναν την διαμονή μας πιο ευχάριστη
