Pros:

Mis hijos quedaron muy felices con el desayuno y yo y uno de mis hijos en particular, ya que somos celiacos. Tenían distintos tipos de panes sin gluten, leche y yogurt sin lactosa, fruta. Estaba todo muy rico y la última mañama, como nos retiranos muy temprano, nos prepararon colaciones. Significativo gesto. Se los agradecemos mucho (donde destacaron que colaciones eran sin gluten). Las habitaciones fueron muy cómodas. El masaje le gustó mucho a un hijo que lo hizo y los 3 tomaron clases de Surf, que estuvieron muy buenas. Muchas gracias todo excelente.

Cons:

El camino para llegar a la cabaña era medio disparejo y la cabaña tenía algunos detalles de falta de mantención. Mis hijos no le dimos mucha importancia, pero quizas a otras personas les pueda molestar.

Hotel limpio pero deteriorado.

Soy Ariqueña y tengo los mejores recuerdos de infancia y adolescencia en La Hostería, hoy llamada Hotel Arica, lamentablemente sus instalaciones están muy deterioradas, las almohadas estaban apelotonadas, muy incómodas, dejamos ventilando la habitación mientras desayunábamos y al tratar de cerrarla no pude porque el marco se desprendió del Vidrio, dimos aviso en recepción, quedaron en solucionarlo pero al llegar en la noche estaba igual como lo dejamos y lo peor con nuestras cosas adentro, finalmente nos cambiaron de habitación.

cuando realice la reserva solicite que fuera en segundo piso algo que no ocurrió me dieron primer piso, y al ocupar la habitación la puerta de el baño quedo trancada y mi señora adentro tuve que forzar para abrir por lo mismo solicite cambio de habitación y me dieron una en segundo piso.
