Excellent.
Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.
Stayed at the hotel portion of the resort from the 24th September until 30th. The resort was very nice but it was clear we arrived at the end of the season as certain things were out of stock when we ordered them etc. the resort itself was incredible and the staff were very friendly. Being that it was the end of season it was very quiet with plenty of space at all the pools and on the beach.
Good stay. They should think about including food and beach items as part of the cost. You can get easily stung by high prices when staying there.
A
Beautiful place, gardens, swimmingpools
The only downside we found is that in the advert for the hotel it said daily cleaning and this did not happen during our 7 days. We eventually had to ask for clean towels
Besides that we found the complex well kept and the grounds kept to a high standard. The pools are great for the kids and cooling down during the heat.
The pizza restaurant we particularly liked and the shop on site has everything that you could need.
The beach is close by and there is a boat to the old town a few times a day.
Stay was ok , the rooms we stayed in were large since mini apartments really. All pretty nice standard .
The resort is nice, clean, a lot of green alleys. The apartments are big, but with old furniture. Mattresses are uncomfortable.
The cleaning service was poor. The housekeeper did not vacuum the floor, but only cleaned it with a mop.
Restaurants are a very big disapoiment. The personal does not speak english and we had a problem with the comunication. On italian, waiter forgot our order. On fish restaurant, even it was empty, the waiter told us to leave, because all the tables are reserved.
We we check-out, receptionist took the keys, without saying "good bye".
We will not come back here soon.
Over all a pleasant stay, the whole resort looks like a park, a well maintained one, the accommodation spatious and clean with a large (XXXXXL) balcony with an astonishing view over the resort and sea view
Super clean, green and beautiful place. I recommend.
Super
Nothing special but everything was clean and comfortable. It was in a good location just away from center of the town.
The complex îs very nice, with lot of spaces, feeling like IT îs your private Island. The cleaning May be improved.
Great property, manicured grounds, clean pools! Breakfast buffet was excellent! Rumen makes outstanding cocktails at the big pool swim-up bar! The Sea beach is a bit small and tends to get overcrowded but the 10 or so pools make up for it. A great place for kids - kids club is good and there are game activities going on all day around the big pool! The animators gave it their best! Thanks for a relaxing time!
This complex has wonderful views & excellent pools & grounds. For me, the housekeeping was terrible - bed not made, floors not swept/cleaned, no surfaces wiped, balcony not touched, ironing board broken & shower gel container empty.
Breakfast was good with good choices. Evening meal left s bit to be desired - very little choice for children, rarely any vegetables being served, most female staff very sullen (there were s couple of male servers that were good), dinner finishes at 8pm &, bang in 8pm, the food was removed.
The hotel grounds are beautiful and well maintained which is good because it gives you something to look at while everything else is closed. I know my and wife and I went toward the end of the season (23-30 September) but all the pool bars were closed, two of the three restaurants were shut and none of the beach activities or the boat to Nessebar were running. When I questioned this with reception staff they barely looked at me and just grunted, I even pointed out that the leaflet left in the hotel room mentions all the wonderful things you can do and see, yet they were all shut down. Even the local town was deserted, all there was to do was buy some booze from the hotel's shop and get drunk in the hotel room. All in all, very disappointing.
Good location, beautiful well kept grounds.
fantastic pools
The complex itself is great. 5-6 pools to choose from as well as an adjoining beach. The apartments were also lovely, spacious and clean. We visited mid September so it was also not busy at all - managed to always get a sun bed with ease.
The big big negative for us were the staff - notably a few on the Reception. Complete lack of civility and everything seemed too much for them - even at checkin we were made to feel as if we were distributing them somehow.
It is such a shame as Front of House is the first impression guests receive. This complex deserves a welcoming team.
Practical notes:
-there are restaurants on site. We ate at the Italian for lunch most days and again rude staff generally but tasty food.
-Sveti Vlas town centre is a 15-20 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, but the best by far is Bistro
-in terms of holiday money and the exchange rate (2.1ish) factored in prices are about half price of UK. So, for example, pizza at the restaurant 8-14 lev so £4-£7. Meals out, starter and alcohol included were costing two of us about 50-70 lev so £25-£35.
The complex offers 8 outdoor pools! The staff were friendly & the restaurant food was tasty.
Thank you.
