We had an excellent stay at Sunday Hotel Jaipur. The hotel is clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great location and delicious breakfast. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding hospitality of the reception team. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Jethu, Mrs. Suman, and Ms. Anjali for their kindness, professionalism, and warm welcome. They were always smiling, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Their exceptional service truly made a difference. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Very disappointing experience for a supposed 5-star hotel.
Cons:

The bathroom was in poor condition and clearly not maintained to a 5-star standard: rust and stains around the sink, dirty-looking drainage areas, damaged and cracked floor tiles, deteriorated silicone/grout, and overall poor upkeep (see photos). Cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below expectations.

The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor and unreliable, making it difficult to even use basic internet services. Additionally, the swimming pool was unavailable during my stay, which was disappointing as it is one of the facilities advertised by the hotel. On top of that, many common areas had no air conditioning or very weak AC, which made staying in the hotel uncomfortable given the heat.

What disappointed me the most was the late check-out situation. I specifically asked several times and was clearly assured by staff that it would cost 500 INR for an additional 3 hours. However, at check-out I was unexpectedly charged 1,500 INR instead. For a room that cost me around €25 per night, charging the equivalent of almost another full night for just 3 extra hours feels excessive — especially after being quoted a completely different price.

Overall, this hotel does not feel like a true 5-star experience. Poor maintenance, misleading communication regarding charges, weak Wi-Fi and unavailable facilities made the stay disappointing.

Great hotel, would recommend
Pros:

Great experience, staff was lovely and very helpful. The facilities (gym and swimming pool) were very appreciated.
Breakfast was incredible as well, with a full continental/indian buffet.
The room was on par with our expectation, and the bed was incredibly comfortable

Great stay but disappointed ☹️
Pros:

The reception staff and Manager were not accommodating. I wanted to stay 5 hours extra by paying minimal charges as my flight was in the night. They disagreed and made me pay 3/4 th of the daily rate. I am very disappointed. I will not go there again. Suman was good.
