La literie est confortable

Cons:

L’accueil indigne d’un 5 étoiles - la piscine est en fait une mare à pigeons : inutilisable et sale - petit-déjeuner tout juste correct et loin d’un 5 étoiles (tourista offerte en bonus) - il faut réclamer pour le passage des femmes de chambres et après leur passage le sol est sale (pieds noirs si vous marchez pieds nus) - les chambres et l’hôtel ont besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement

A good location and great staff
Pros:

A good stay. I wouldn’t quite put it as 5 stars, but more 4.5. Big rooms, very friendly staff and a good location. The Restauraunt staff were very friendly and accommodating and the food was very good. The room service was also always served hot. We arrived at the hotel around midnight and were hungry so ordered room service. The too. Service is 24/7, but the menu gets limited later in the night to just Indian dishes. It was still very good though. Great access to the mall behind and close to the sights of Jaipur. The rooftop has a pool and is a great vantage point over the city. The room windows are thick so you don’t hear the Indian traffic much, the view was also incredible from the room.

Overall, a great stay.

Der Aufenthalt kam leider nicht zustande. Ich musste für uns eine Alternative finden.

Die Lage hätte mir gefallen.

Cons:

Leider war meine online-Buchung nicht OK. Ich habe 2 Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Dieses Dreibettzimmer wurde aber nicht, wie üblich und erwartet, mit 2 Personen gebucht, sondern mit nur 1 Person. Dies habe ich aber nicht gemerkt und auch in keinster Weise erwartet (wer bucht als Single ein Dreibettzimmer????). An der Rezeption wurde mir dies eröffnet. Eine Buchung kam daher nicht zustande, da ich ja nun den doppelten Preis bezahlen sollte. Ich konnte beim Personal auch keine Kooperation bzw. Kompromissbereitschaft erkennen. Es wurde keine Alternative angeboten.

It’s a beautiful property. The staff is really nice and experienced. Special mention to MR. JEETU such a gem of a person. He welcomed us very nicely and is a lovely man to have a chat with.

Comfortable stay and nice hotel

The hotel room was very spacious and big. The bed was comfortable and the pillow soft how I liked it. Had a nice sleep
Was in a good location that was more peaceful then near the City Palace.
Suman Meena and staff was helpful

Cons:

Everytime stepped out the hotel would have beggars but thats not the hotels fault. I didnt stay long enough at the hotel to really use the other facilities so cant comment
