The location of this hotel is quite silent and peaceful. Small garden add value for the kids to play. The swimming pool is safe for the kids

Special thanks to Osama at reception and the restaurant staff for making my stay so pleasurable. Would stay here again during my next visit, thank you.

Over all, the hotel is superb especially with the front desk staff ( 2 ladies on duty that time).
I only had an issue with room cleaners as they did not take all my trash inside my room before they left.

It was the best experience after a very long period. The facilities were amazing as compared to the price. Only in case, there should be some arrangement of extra mattresses (without additional cost) for family members as per the requirement.

The hotel staff was nice and helpfull, location not good, very noisy, you can not open window, restaurant food very tastefull, furnishment old but ok, no beach you can swim from.
Need little renovation and floor drain to be added in toilets, The back yard sea can be utilized and a private beach can be done.
The hotel is clean and the staff were all generous. They have upgraded my room to suite with a cozy ambient living area. Special thanks to Ms. Reham for the hospitality everytime I came into the hotel. She always make sure my room is ready for check in and the billings are prepared quick so that I don’t have to wait for a long time.

The staff were courteous and attentive, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout my stay. Special thanks to Mr. Usama for his exceptional hospitality and helpfulness. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yanbu!
Hotel needs upgradation. Too old all the amenities inside room. Lobby hvac never work gives a damp smell.
Over all experience was good.i enjoyed my stay at Radisson, also the breakfast was nice. You should add more of vegitarian food in your menu
