Meraviglioso hotel , personale gentilissimo e camere stupende

Personale alla reception gentilissimo, caloroso benvenuto e informazioni necessarie.
Camera grande spaziosa e pulitissima. Viaggiavamo con il nostro golden retriever e anche lui è stato subito il benvenuto. Cibo di altissima qualita. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

We enjoyed our stay overall, but unfortunately, a couple of issues significantly impacted our experience.
First, the water pressure in the shower was quite weak. Second, we ran into a very frustrating situation with the bathroom amenities. The tube labeled "Hair Conditioner" actually contained a very harsh, cheap shampoo (containing Sodium Laureth Sulfate and Sodium Chloride). After using it, my hair became completely tangled, and instead of spending 15 minutes in the bathroom, I spent over an hour trying to untangle it.
My husband had to go to the front desk to ask for a proper conditioner. Fortunately, Barbara at the reception was very helpful and managed to find a tube of Pantene Pro-V for us. While we are grateful for her quick assistance, this situation completely threw off our family schedule, which is critical when traveling with a 3-year-old child.
Additionally, when I requested an iron, the hotel provided a steam generator instead of a regular iron. Since not everyone knows how to operate a steam station, it took extra time to figure out. Furthermore, there was no garment rack or stand provided to hang clothes on while steaming, making it quite challenging to prepare an evening dress.
We kindly suggest that management verifies amenity contents from suppliers directly, rather than leaving guests to discover these mix-ups. These incidents unfortunately spoiled our impression of an otherwise pleasant stay.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Madonna Di Campiglio
Pros:

Everything! The property was in an excellent location, well maintained and our room was very large, comfortable and clean. The staff was welcoming, friendly and helpful! We loved the spa facility, especially the steam sauna. Unfortunately we didn’t have time for treatments as there were many amazing services to choose from! Next time : ) thank you for a wonderful stay, we wish we could have stayed longer but will be back : )
