Fuga in relax
Pros:

Navetta a disposizione che ti accompagna agli impianti di risalita, l'ultimo giorno abbiamo lasciato gli sci e gli scarponi noleggiati in struttura.
Nel pomeriggio, dopo il rientro dalle piste, pulizia del bagno al momento in cui si esce dalla camera.
Ottimo servizio del personale.

Pros:

Hotel niewątpliwie 5*, zwłaszcza 20 lat temu. Nadal niezły, ale w nieodświeżonym stylu. Obsługa bardzo dobra, dbająca o wszystkie szczegóły. Bardzo dobre śniadania i dobra restauracja na miejscu, ale karta dość ograniczona. Czysto, sprzątanie 2x dziennie. Stosunkowo niewielka powierzchnia pokoju, trudno zmieścić ubrania. Codziennie serwis samochodowy dowożący do i z wyciągów, prosto z garażu podziemnego gdzie jest również narciarnia. Niezłe SPA , zwlaszcza sauna parowa, basen OK kiedy nie ma tłumu dzieci.

Można by odświeżyć wystrój wnętrz, poza tym OK

Pros:

Прекрасный отель! Хорошие номера, постельное белье и кровать великолепные, уборка в номере соответствует 5 звездам отеля. Персонал вежливый и готовый помочь в любое время! Гараж бесплатный, ski room находится в гараже, откуда курсирует автобус к любому склону, что очень удобно! И конечно хороший spa )

Tutto. Ambiente eccezionale, cura dei dettagli, attenzione per il cliente. Ho soggiornato per il secondo anno all’Alpen Suite hotel e lo consiglio a tutti. Senza preavviso, il giorno del mio compleanno mi hanno riservato piacevoli sorprese: mini torta a colazione, bottiglia in stanza la sera con biglietto di auguri e una buonissima marmellata targata alpen suite. La signora Federica e i ragazzi a colazione educatissimi e simpaticissimi. Ci ritornerò di nuovo l’anno prossimo.

Staff disponibile e gentile! Colazione e cena squisita!
Al nostro arrivo in camera abbiamo trovato dei regalini per i miei cagnolini.è stato un gesto molto apprezzato <3 al check out ci hanno omaggiato dei prodotti artigianali. Graditissimo anche questo gesto!

Madona di Campiglio e le montange intorno sono splendide
Pros:

Posizione centrale e dunque comoda per le passeggiatine in paese. Perosnale gemtilissimo e disponibile. Ottima colazione.

Wonderful hotel with great staff
Pros:

The staff are excellent - everybody who worked there was friendly and helpful. They are truly 10/10.
The wait staff and Maitre D' and the hostess were all particularly great.

Pros:

Super miły i pomocny personel, najlepszy z jakim dotąd mieliśmy styczność 11/10 ;). Pokoje przestronne i czyste. Sprzątanie dwa razy dziennie. Pyszne śniadanie. Transport do gondoli i z powrotem średnio co.5 min :).
Hotel utrzymany w starym klimacie ale na pewno niczego mu nie brakuje.
