Convenient, great staff
Pros:

There is a bus stop right in front of this hotel, which is why we chose it for a stopover on our travels. It was reasonably priced, convenient, and available. Overall, the hotel room was small but clean. The bed was harder than I prefer, and, aside from the cold and hot faucets being separate, it was a decent stay. They have complimentary water, biscuits, and coffee/tea. That's a nice touch after a day of travel. We tried the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, and we walked down to the beach. So if you need a place of rest while traveling, it works well for that. But what makes this place amazing is how accommodating the staff were - they were eager to help and offer solutions for food allergies, comfort, etc. The staff earned the 10-star rating.

Cons:

I'm not a big fan of the cold and hot water coming out of different faucets. I'm not used to that and it makes it difficult to wash hands.

Pros:

The welcome was warm and friendly.
Mario went out of his way to make us feel welcome and we were super grateful after a long day’s travel.
Bar and waitress staff also amazing.
Food terrific. Diner and Breakfast great value and super good.
Really enjoyed our stay.
Couldn’t have asked for better value.

Cons:

Reception was dirty and room could have done with a makeover especially bathroom. No power in the shower. Nobody was around in the morning to get into reception to drop off.

Pros:

Closeness to Donald’s Golf Courses, good food, nice bar with Sky Sports on. Room was very clean and nice touch with the iron & ironing board.

Cons:

Poor water pressure from the shower. No shower mat so I found it very slippy. Radiator didn’t work in bathroom.
