The hotel and staff made for a very pleasant stay in Liverpool, would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Kitchen facilities were excellent. Location was brilliant. Exceptionally comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Could do with a hand/towel rail to assist getting into the over bath shower in main bathroom as bath was quite deep.

Pros:

Apartment was fabulous, great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Not enough comfortable seating in living room. There were four of us sharing the apartment but only one sofa. Not a massive problem as we were only there for a few days.

Would happily stay again
Pros:

Second time staying here for work and it won’t be the last. Great little home away from home. Location is perfect. Apartments always have everything you need and are very clean. The staff are a highlight of the property though, always very welcoming and chatty.

Pros:

Amplio y muy bien ubicado. Cercano a la estación de tren Liverpool Central y de los principales puntos turísticos. También tiene cerca supermercados y restaurantes. No necesitas usar el bus para desplazarte

Cons:

No limpiaron ni hicieron camas ni cambiaron las toallas durante la estancia de 3 días

Pros:

The appartment was spacious and clean. Had all of kitchen appliances, including washing machine & dishwasher washer. Central to the shops, bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly. I would return to same apartment.

Perfect for a few days to visit the city
Pros:

Location was perfect and the apartment was spacious. The balcony was a nice addition, and the kitchen was really well equipped.

Cons:

The sofa was uncomfortable as a sofa as it was a sofa bed so you felt the bar through the cushions. Could do with a couple of comfy chairs in addition to this, there was definitely space for them.

The location was brilliant. Plenty of room in the apartment, and the bed was comfy and great to have 2 bathrooms for 4 of us. The sofa bed was great for my daughter.

As an apartment it's got everything you need, very spacious

Cons:

2 small things,
the apartment is so big they should each have a doorbell,
also as an infirm person there should be hand grip in the bath, felt unsafe using the shower

The room I was given was nothing like the pictures as it was very small , the bathroom was absolutely dirty the toilet seat and the shower , the double beds we found hairs straight away and stains , I am not happy about paying 440
