I booked 3 .One bedroom apartment and one of the apartments not really what i booked the another 2 it is ok nice and clean and i booked with 5 month old baby with stoller and we have 6 steps and we had 5 doors to open to go near the lifts 🥹🥹

Great location. But don’t think would stay again
Pros:

Very central location, well appointed apartment. Spotless.

Cons:

No AC and the heat was dreadful. Window opens about an inch and next door had a balcony and decided to be on it loud and shouting at 4am.

Brilliant, welcoming staff and clean and tidy apartment
Pros:

Extremely friendly staff. Fantastic stay

Cons:

The room was a bit hot, but I think that was more to do with the weather

Fabulous stay

Difficult to start with but all worked out in the end
Pros:

The waterfront stay city was great, once we were relocated from the city centre

Cons:

City centre stay city was in need of some TLC. We were relocated due to power issues, the way this was managed was not the best and reception staff were less than supportive. However when we got to the waterfront it was completely different, hotel is bright and modern and staff were wonderful

Pleasant apartment and central location
Pros:

The location was ideal for our visit to the universities and was very close to the shopping area. The docks were a 10-minute walk away. The apartment was clean. There was plenty of kitchenware, and it had the essential cleaning products provided for the weekend. The bedding and towels were clean and white. There was a dining table with 6 chairs and sofa bed that would sit a cosy 4 and a comfortable 3.

Cons:

One of the bathrooms was locked and unusable. This meant we were sharing the en-suit - this was okay-ish as there were only 3 of us staying, but if there had been 6, it would have been a nightmare. The staff were supportive, but couldn't resolve the problem, so we got a discount refund.
This didn't disturb us too much, but as a warning, it is a central location - Friday night seemed to be party night, but Saturday night was quieter.

Pros:

The apartment was clean, great location for a five minute walk to the centre.
Facilities of the apartment were very good ,everything you might need for a short city break and the on site parking was perfect.
Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Any other time it probably wouldn't have mattered but as we stayed during a heat wave, there was no Air conditioning but a pathetic fan and only 2 windows opened about 2 inches.
Apart from this, which isn't actually their fault , there was nothing bad to say.

Great value for money and location. I would definitely book again.
Pros:

Great location, apartments and friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Parking was fairly expensive, and it would have been nice to have had a gym.
