Nice modern, clean apartments in a very central location.
I was unable to book a parking space for my stay. This is done by a third party who said they had no availability for our stay, however I did see spaces in the car park.
Rooms were very hot and stuffy although fans were provided in all rooms, the windows wouldn’t stay open and just blew shut.
Could have been doing with a coffee table in the living room, the room was plenty big enough to accommodate one. Also a lamp would have been nice in the living room for nighttime rather than using the overhead light.
Location was great.
Apartment was lovely and staff were nice/helpful.
We enjoyed having a balcony, especially as the weather was so nice.
Would recommend to family and friends.

This is my second time staying here because of the location the facilities and cleanliness. We also had a fan which we were grateful for in the hot weather. I’ll stay again when I’m in Liverpool
The only issue was that the sofa was very uncomfortable to sit on.

We had the most amazing time we got upgraded to a penthouse which made our experience even more amazing. Beds were unbelievablely comfortable and rooms were so clean . Location was fantastic and staff were so nice. Will definitely be returning.
That there was no toilets while waiting on room and tht we had to pay to store our luggage
