Passable but could easily be improved upon.
Pros:

Friendly staff and great location

Cons:

The rooms like a sauna, should have had some form of even portable air conditioning. The staff were aware and apologetic. Not being informed the lifts would be taken out of service until arrival. No email before or at time of booking.

Pros:

Great little flat with everything needed and right in the town centre close to the docks and restaurants. Beds were big and comfortable. Nice bathrooms and kitchen Very clean. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom flat for free which was a nice suprise.

Cons:

The flat was a bit too warm as we were there during the heatwave but this is probably very unusual. There were 2 fans which came in handy.
Windows needed to be closed at night as it was a bit noisy with a pub garden as
nearby (to be expected considering the location) but the double glazing worked really well.

It was OK.
Pros:

Apartment was ok and fairly comfortable. Very good location close to the City Centre amenities.

Cons:

Apartment overlooked a busy road. 1st floor and bin lorries and delivery vehicles causing a huge racket at 5.30 AM. Spoiled the break.

Excellent city centre apartments, with easy access to a supermarket yo keep costs down
Pros:

Washing machine and dishwasher, didn’t stay long enough to use them, but really useful for a family holiday. 2 bathrooms was great.

I would definitely consider using the chain again.

Cons:

Very little, overall it was excellent value for money…..the sofa/sofa bed wasn’t 100%. Building work going on next door was unfortunate, but not their fault.

Parking was really difficult to find. Suggest providing the What 3 words reference in preference to the postcode.
It was tricky to book in advance, I suspect it may not be necessary to do so.

Excelente ubicación, estaba impecable, super equipado.
Nos recibieron muy amable, y nos permitieron extender la estadía unas horas, lo que nos permitió mantener la comodidad hasta la hora de movernos.
