The staff were brilliant nothing was to much trouble
Good space for the money. Big fridge.
Good restaurants near by and easy walking access to the water front and tourist attractions.
The sheets for the sofa bed (which wasn't made up and we had to ask at reception where the sheets were as we weren't told and couldn't find them) were stained, but had clearly been washed, but not ideal.
Up lots of stairs (without a lift option).
Receptionist wasn't very helpful and almost rude.
Room wasn't ready, despite being advised we could check in from 3pm the room wasn't ready until after 4pm
Didn't use the parking as didn't think it would be suitable for our car (being large and low).
Decent space
The apt was hot and smelt. The fridge smelt and didn’t work, the dishwasher smelt inside of stagnant water and didn’t work..it turned in but no water

Apartment clean and had every thing you would need

Lift wasnt working we was on the 3rd floor could have been informed before arrival
Communication after leaving was bad,
We left earpods and phoned 6 times and never gave the same answer
Since found earpods are bow in Ireland. Was told on 3 occasions manager would call me the next day, never did

Only slight issue was room was very hot and no way to turn temperature down, but apart from that excellent value for money

Bathroom wasn't very great
The size of the apartment was brilliant. Great value of money! Close by to everything, clean .

It was a nice spacious apartment. The sofa beds were easy and I liked the fact the stuff for them when was nearly packed in bags ready to use. The nespresso machine was a bonus plus other tea n coffee bits. Location was brilliant. It is quite hot in the apartment, the fan was a bonus. Amazing Italian bakery next door but 1, a must go!
We were on the first floor & the bar underneath was loud until it closed…nice looking bar though. We popped in for a wee before being able to check in. The car park is not on duke street which was not clear on booking.com or on the confirmation. Gutted we didn’t get a balcony but maybe we didn’t book a big enough room.
