Excellent
Pros:

Apartment was fabulous. So spacious, it could have easily accommodated 10 people. Everything was perfect.

Good location and great value for money
Pros:

Bed was great

Cons:

Grout around bath and sink needs replaced, a shelf in bathroom for toiletries is needed, a little washing up liquid would help too

Not as described when booked
Cons:

Taurus was full of cigarettes butts and my baby chew one of the. Even cigarettes ash was everywhere. Zero cleaning. Dinning chairs were full of dust. There was no intercom to connect with reception. I booked double bed room but they join 2 single beds togather.....

Having stayed here few times before we new what to expect , Location ,staff ,cleanliness were all excellent

Very central comfortable place to stay
Pros:

Comfortable flat great for a short stay with friends. Very central.

Cons:

Heating was a bit tricky. Digitally controlled radiators kept turning themselves off and no instructions for how to operate them

We were very pleased and will look to book it again if we return.
Pros:

It was comfortable, clean and quiet. Excellent value for money.

Cons:

One very tiny thing: the lack of a hand-rail over the bath to assist getting in/out the over bath shower when wet made it a bit risky.

A pleasure to use this accommodation, will use again on a future visit to the City.
Pros:

excellent, helpful, and friendly staff. Good accommodation, quiet location yet close to many Liverpool places of interest. Plenty of restaurants and good pubs locally. Pier Head and bus station close by. An excellent place to stay!

Nothing to fault.
