Viskas gerai, tik prasta oro kokybė.
Pros:

Vieta labai gera, kruopščiai sutvarkytas kambarys, visi reikalingi patogumai, personalas labai malonus.

Cons:

Oro kokybė kambaryje buvo labai prasta ir vėdinimas per langą birželio pabaigoje nepadėjo. Tai - bene vienintelis minusas

Pros:

駅から近い事、夜遅くに着いたけどスタッフが丁寧に対応してくれた事、朝食が美味しかったこと

Cons:

どうしても外国の方が多い為、爆音で動画見てる部屋からの音漏れが凄かった。

文化の違いがあるのは仕方ないけど唯一これだけが残念だった

Convinient location for a layover.
Pros:

The location was excellent for my purpose of flying the next day

Cons:

I accidentally requested a smoking room. The staff couldn’t help me switching without extra charge which understandable.

旅人に心休まる時間を提供してくれるホテル

接客が素晴らしい、あらゆる質問に丁寧に答えてくれる、知識が豊富、受付から清掃スタッフまでいつも笑顔で接してくれる。例えば、ホテルから一番近い郵便ポストはどこかとか、一番近い郵便局はどこだとか、薬局はどこだとか、海鮮の美味しいレストランはどこかなど、一見どうでもよいとを思われる質問や相談にも面倒くさがらず必ず丁寧に答えてくれる。これは知識のない旅行者にとっては有難いことだ。それらをネットで調べられないこともないが、人間の持つ知識にはかなわない。彼らの知識はAIではなく旅人の経験から得た蓄積であることを忘れてはならない。日本人にとっては当たり前のサービスかもしれないが、海外から戻ってくると日本の接客がいかに丁寧で優れているかが分かる。このようなサービスは海外では期待できない。むしろ、無愛想に対応されたり、余計なチップを要求されたりすることもあるほどだ。日本ではそういう不愉快なことは起きない。我々はこういうことを当たり前と思うべきではない。利用者はそういう視点でホテルを選ぶべきであり、こういう礼儀正しいホテルが残っていることにいつも感謝すべきである。私はポイントや割引でホテルを選ぶのが必ずしも良い方法だとは思わない。一番大切なのは寛げることであり、それを提供しているのは人間なのだから。

离成田站非常近，附近有几家便利店很方便，早上从酒店去机场坐京成成田线二十分钟就到了，酒店也有机场接驳车不过我没去坐，房间设施很全面，卫生间没有异味，还配了两套浴衣质量不错，房间内的灯光很温馨而且控制器都集成在床头
