还行，在人情味方面有待改进，这样人可以感觉到真的是发自内心欢迎，而不是只是出于传统的礼貌。

休息还算安静，即使语言沟通不是那么容易，员工和很有礼貌。

Cons:

太多次让我填写这个表格，日本人太守时，我听懂电话，退房的时候我明白免费机场大巴，前台上打过电话。因为当时已经收拾好行李的时候，打算下去了，突然发现鞋不见，耽误了几分钟。早上退房的时候前台也不是很多人，可以仔打电话或者上我门口敲门告诉我大巴车不等我。到前台还钥匙，楼下前台大叔还是追下来怕我没听懂，其实我听懂了，就是没时间和他说，下次如果再确定的告诉我，我迟到五分钟，自己去坐地铁。当然是我的原因，但是太守时人会感觉到没有温度。

お得感満載！！
Pros:

駅から近く成田空港行きの無料シャトルバスが助かりました。海外旅行の早朝便の前乗り時や遅い便での帰国時等、成田空港を利用の時はリピート決定です。少し古い感じは否めないものの全く問題無しです。今回は朝食も頂きましたがとても美味しかったです。
