Narita U-City Hotel

Convenient location and very helpful staff.
The hotel is on the older side as seen in the pictures but it is spacious and clean. The shuttle bus to the airport is a plus.

This hotel is good for location, near narita airport. Overall it has the amenities that are required for a short stay in Tokyo but it is old and not maintained with regard to cleanliness (the coridors and room smells) though the smell or dusty feeling im room went away when we turned on the ac but it surely needs some carpet change or maintainence.
7-11 is near by, transit is just across, narita airport train travel is 15 mins from here.

It was very convenient for transport connections

Stay was as expected we have used it may times and was still a central spot for Narita

I booked this hotel thinking that the free airport shuttle will be available anytime of day but they only have four available times for "free airport shuttle" but those times doesn't work with our departure time which we have two different departure times one in the morning and one in the afternoon, any of the hotel shuttle schedule both doesnt work with our departures. It was useless to me booking this hotel.

This is a great hotel with excellent location in Narita - it is about a 2-minute walk to JR Narita Station and a 5-minute walk to Keisei-Narita Station. While it is an older hotel, it is clean, quiet, with friendly service and well-priced. The in-hotel restaurant serves a wonderful breakfast and their staff is also very friendly as well. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from Narita Airport.

I will happily stay here next time I stay in Narita.

Awesome location. Quick to everything. Worth it for a 1 night stay before a long flight

Location is near train station and easy access to great restaurants and convenient stores

The lobby area was a bit sketchy, but at least you could tell the rooms had been renovated recently. My only 2 issues were that the restroom had a strong urine smell and some of us were getting bit overnight, possibly bedbugs. Very convenient location (next to narita station), and inexpensive, but I probably would not stay here again.

Good overall

Too many chairs in room with 1 added bed caused walking congestion. Should keep chairs away to free up space for lugguages of 3.

Great place to stay before heading to the airport. They offered transport to the airport but I took the nearby train instead as the schedule didn't quite work for me. I've been here before though and used it then and recommend it. Lovely staff looked after my luggage while I went for a walk around Narita.

Quite dated property but a great choice given that it is significantly cheaper than other options. Would stay here again if it maintains its significant cost advantage.

The buffet breakfast was yummy and thecwaiters were great th e view from my window was awesome

They let us check in sooner than 3pm and check out a little bit later because our flight was evenng time. I enjoyed their breakfast as well.

Beautiful area. Hotel was clean and staff very friendly. Small but comfortable rooms. Quiet neighborhood. Only a few meters from train station with 2 different lines direct to Narita airport and Tokyo Station. They also offer free shuttle to airport (at set departure times)
