The room was excellent!

Cons:

The pool had way to much chlorine. Our eyes and sinuses were burnt and we had blurred vision. (Lasted hours after even getting out,showering and washing our eyes out with eye drops!!!!) Our room smelled so much like chlorine afterwards, it kept us messed up. We had to open our door and keep it open with the air on full blast. Also had to wash our pool clothes, before we had any relief! (Our pool clothes were bleached!!!) The lady at the front desk said they had just replaced the pool filter and it probably hadn't had time to clear up. She also said that it was closed, but ppl kept getting upset about it, so they opened it. (A sign needed to be posted, explaining the situation! That way people could enter at their own risk.)

This needs to be corrected!!!!

I wasn't told sorry or even offered anything for the issue.

Safe and comfortable stay
Pros:

Convenient location to everything we needed. While being close it was in a nice quite secure location. Everything was very clean in the rooms and around the facility. Staff was friendly

Cons:

Only down side was the ice machines were down but not the end of the world.

Pros:

We were greeted the moment we walked in. Staff at the desk were very polite and professional. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. The only complaint was that the ice maker on the second floor was not working right but it was no big deal, I was able to go to another floor for ice. I would definitely stay here again.

Was a great nice stay to visit friends and family
Pros:

Staff was nice and it was clean& easy to check in and out / I left early due to snow- and I had checked out through booking (no refund policy on booking) but the hotel gave me a refund - it was a process but I was thankful.


Also the indoor heated pool was a plus during this winter storm!!
