Decent for the money and convenience of surrounding attractions.
Pros:

The location of the hotel was ideal for our family trip to Crayola experience.

Cons:

Upon arrival the front desk informed us that the pool was not open due to it needing to be cleaned and that they had hoped that it would be ready the following day in the afternoon. We chose this hotel because of the pool so we were disappointed at first.
We arrived to our room and at cost it had an odd smell but we got over that. The air conditioning made a loud noise when turned on and we needed to turn it to 62 to have it kick on and then you could adjust it. The tv in the children’s room or the adjacent room don’t work and when I informed front desk they said maintenance could come following morning. The following morning no one came and we were able to fix it ourselves.
The shower drain went down slower and I had to manually lift the drain in order don’t to go down.
Furniture was outdated and the beds were extremely bouncy it felt like when I would turn over into bed that I was on a trampoline.

When I checked in the key machine was down every time I left the room I had to get the front desk staff to let me in a big inconvenience the bed had stained sheets the couch was dirty with sheet from a previous stay

Pros:

Staff were very helpful and down to earth. My daughter felt very comfortable talking to them when normally she is very shy. The place was very clean. The pool was nice and clean as well.

Lovely staff, terrible construction. Unless you are on the top floor you will hear every step above you. We had kids running back and forth. This is long term stay so think more like an apartment than hotel. Also the never ending highway noise makes for a challenging sleep.
Long term resident said the light outside by handicap parking has been out for a year. It was tough navigating to the door.

The room was dirty and dated. Breakfast was awful and lacking in choices I was double charged even after I went to the front desk to show I paid in full on booking.com. I asked for a manager to call me, they never call me back. I had to call them twice about the double charge and am still waiting for my refund.
