We arrived and were shown our room (natural with sea view). The room is tiny think New York size room where if you stand

The pool and view are fantastic

Cons:

The staff are rude and unhelpful
- room (natural) is tiny
- no shower
- not hot water
- bath plug didn’t work
- room phone to report fault didn’t work
- hotel not prepared to remedy the situation
- roof top restaurant plays loud music until early hours but as a resident you can’t go in unless you eat there first

Overall DO NOT STAY HERE! We gave up and moved hotel writing off the £1600 per night we paid

The least value, most unfriendly, worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Great pool and view though 😂🙄🤬

Le personnel est très gentil et agréable

Cons:

Un hôtel correct mais malheureusement nous avons trouvé que quelques éléments étaient quelques peu désagréable notamment :
- les odeurs de nourriture lorsque l’on monte dans notre chambre (malheureusement l’ascenseur est dans la salle de petit-déjeuner)
- la musique du rooftop que l’on entend la nuit dans la chambre
- la coupure d’eau de 15h à 19h30

De manager heeft ons verblijf gered, de dame van de receptie was niet erg vriendelijk en bleef daar in hangen gedurende ons verblijf, personeel van het ontbijt en valet waren uiterst behulzaam en vriendelijk.

Cons:

Kamer; wij hadden een airco storing in de eerste nacht waarbij het water druppelde in de kamer. De receptioniste gaf aan dat er geen andere kamer was en dat we af moesten wachten of het gerepareerd kon worden, later bleek het om een grotere reparatie te gaan die niet dezelfde dag op te lossen was. De manager heeft ingegrepen en ons een andere kamer gegeven in het hoofd gebouw onder een pop up restaurant waar we te maken kregen met muziek tot 02:00 in de nacht. al met al een bewogen verblijf in een 5 sterren hotel waar je 2900,- hebt betaald voor 2 nachten en je geen moment klant hebt gevoelt maar eerder een geld gever.

Pros:

I have been robbed at this hotel. And 1 room next to me. The place is not safe.
Immediately left the hotel, and started talking to locals about it, and said it’s no surprise- so many similar incidents took place in this hotel.

Upon arrival, one of the guests ran barefoot into the reception and mentioned someone was inside his room and trying to open his luggage.

Upon checking out, I told a couple the reason behind me leaving the hotel, and they mentioned that someone from hotel staff went into their room at 4am the night before.
