1. Premature room key deactivation and inability to obtain assistance. At approximately 7:30 a.m., my room key was no longer functioning, even though checkout was not until 11:00 a.m. The front desk was unattended from 7:30 a.m. until 8:30 a.m., leaving nobody available to reset the key. As a direct result, I had to wait approximately one hour to regain access to my room.

2. Front desk unattended for one hour. The reception desk was completely unattended between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., preventing guests from obtaining assistance. This reflects inadequate staffing and management oversight.

3. Breakfast service essentially nonexistent for three days. Very little or no milk, no orange juice on any of the three mornings, weak coffee, and no waffle batter. Although some bread products, cereal, yogurt, and fruit were available, the breakfast service was severely deficient throughout the stay.

4. Room not ready at 5:30 p.m. Upon arrival, the reserved room was unavailable. Front desk personnel explained that employees had failed to report for work.

5. Extremely poor internet service. Download speed measured approximately 0.6 Mbps, substantially limiting normal internet use.

It had bad WiFi even thought I was guaranteed it and also some outlets were not working. I was really bummed out with this because I had assignments due throughout my stay and I couldn’t complete them because of the WiFi, and I couldn’t go somewhere else that had free WiFi because I did not know my way around nor was I the driver and I couldn’t get anyone else to take me.

Like the worse smoke smell. The rooms don’t even have telephones. The window was broken and dead bugs on window sills. The room had a strong mold smell.

The staff was nice. No problem with the staff but the room was just not what I expected.
