The hotel had live adult bed bugs crawling on the sheets, mattress, and even on the floor. After we reported this, the receptionist and the owner refused to move us to another room and only offered a refund for our stay.

We were also told that the hotel had been closed prior to our arrival, and there was an implication that we may have brought the bed bugs ourselves. This is highly unlikely, as bed bugs take time to reach full adult size, and seeing multiple bugs crawling in daylight typically indicates an established infestation. Additionally, bed bugs can survive for months without feeding, meaning they could likely have been present before our stay…..

As guests who are very particular about hygiene and cleanliness, we found this situation extremely disgusting, disturbing and unacceptable.

En general muy acceptable ubicación increíble. Solo comentar que presenta un cierto olor a humedades en las habitaciones, supongo que por los años de construcción del edificio y de la propia red urbana.

De locatie is echt perfect. Midden in het centrum en toch weinig last van de drukte. Het treinstation en de bus zijn op nog geen 3 minuten lopen.

Cons:

Het was jammer dat we geen uitzicht hadden.

5 aprobó pero no sé faltó algo ..
Pros:

El baño limpio , despues el que haya que pagar por un mando no me gustó , el wifi no iba la clave y eso que lo puse mil veces y nada , hay mucho ruido por los pasillos de la habitación afuera , otros usuarios que no respetan las normas.
