Nice!
Pros:

Loved the hot shower, clean linens, hot breakfast, free parking, staff gave me the accommodation l requested, pleasing decor, loved the new mirrors with digital day date time and your choice of cool, warm or no back lights.

Cons:

I brought a new pair of lounge socks and by the time l walked across the room, the bottoms were solid black. There were some foul smelling spots on the floor as well. My new socks pretty much picked them up though. Thought l would have to rehome them but TIde with Febreeze and Oxiclean let me keep them.

Perfect location to get to the Incline...
Pros:

The lady who checked me in at registration was helpful. Also, the breakfast was good. I was there to walk the Incline and it was great to have a free bus ride to the trailhead.that was provided by the City of Manitou Springs.

Cons:

Things were all good.

Great location for all attractions in the area.
Pros:

great game room for my grandsons. An indoor pool, but we were so busy, never got a chance to use it. The free town shuttle to the manitou incline hike and the Pike's peak train was right next door saving parking fees.

Cons:

Bathroom tub/shower wall needed repair. Kind of moldy, mildewy.

The location of this hotel was perfect for what we had planned for our vacation.

Cons:

The pool area looked like it could use some cleaning and updating. The outside of the hotel could use more detail cleaning and trimming of bushes.

Terrible experience
Cons:

The air conditioner in room 221 didn't work and it was next to impossible to sleep. I went to the front desk twice to see if there was another room available but no person could be found. The breakfast was barely edible and most of the options needed to be restocked. We will not stay there again!
