Almost brand new, clean facilities, reasonable breakfast.

Cons:

Have a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed in room (running toilet, no soap, etc). Rude employee at check in.

The location and price was very fair.
Pros:

I traveled with my baby, they didn't have anything but a highchair to accomodate her. No crib, nothing.

Pros:

Great location for a business trip. Close enough to get an Uber into the cities or into Manitou. Great views when a business traveler can enjoy them.

Cons:

Checkout was digital at 6am, which I am not used to. It isn't necessary a bad thing but there was no confirmation of checkout which makes me nervous that I am vulnerable to additional charges.

The room was functional and clean. The HVAC, shower, sink, toilet, refrigerator, microwave and TV worked well.

Cons:

The breakfast selections were limited and the eggs appeared to be made from a mix, not cooked fresh from whole eggs.
