All in all the stay was nice, great customer service, unfortunately the rooms were not clean.

The most relaxing stay I’ve had in a very long time.
Pros:

They allow us to smoke outside, the beds were comfy, loved the shower, staff was super friendly, always gave us clean towels. Coffee was always available in the lobby. We will be coming from Oklahoma to stay here again!

That the pool closed so damn early

Nice sized room and a comfortable bed at a reasonable price.
Cons:

Hot tub / spa was too hot to use. We reported it but nothing was done about it. We tried to use it the second day but it was still extremely hot.

Pros:

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The location and price are excellent.

Cons:

The hot tub temperature is way too hot. When I asked about it, I was told that they hear that a lot, but it goes to that temperature even me when they adjust it.

Nice place for a short stay
Pros:

This is a nice place for the price. Not top notch, but comfortable. Ask for a room in the back as it is both quieter, but there is a lovely view from your window.

Great stay
Pros:

It was clean and great price rate. Free breakfast and good pool and hot tube. Easy check in and out. Beds were comfortable. Over all great experience.

Cons:

They did not have juice or other form of something to drink. There was only water, coffee, and milk for the cereal they had. Having some juice would have been nice. We settled for water. Was not the end of the word but did throw us off.

Would stay again and would recommend.
Pros:

Staff was good. Lobby and hallways were clean. Nice breakfast. Bed wasn't clean in first room but staff moved me quickly to a new room and all was well there. Came back and stayed a few days later. Definitely good value.

Cons:

Side door card reader didn't work but otherwise all was fine.

Good save for dinner drama. Great breakfast too!

Bed was divine! Clean and comfy. Bath could use an update.

The Room Service for food company is terrible and needs to be replaced. I waited on a simple pizza for over an hour and then called to find out order had not gone through despite my credit card being charged. We tried again and after 9 pm this time I called and they said it was hung up. Who knows the real story? They had my phone number. No call to let me know. Said they’d refund. So at 10 pm I had to use vending machine which was a little lacking as well. Not happy at all.
