City of Dreams - The Countdown Hotel

There were quite some disturbing issues during the stay, I was in a rush to take my car and leave however I need a stamp from the check in desk, the stamping process took abnormally long and it was found out that the machine was jammed and they had me waiting while they try to take the ticket out, it took about roughly 10 mins, they could’ve done a better job in problem solving, such as giving me a new ticket straight away, or contacting the gate keeper to open the parking gate for me to leave. Aside from this fact, the window view from our room was a let down due to the dirtiness of the windows, stains and dusts showing how long the windows were left without cleaning, the price weren’t especially cheap for the stay yet compared to my other stays in Sheraton, parisian and Venetian, we all got free upgraded rooms. Aside from these facts the rest of the services and gastronomic experiences were very good. Especially the room service hainan chicken rice that I ordered that night.

It's more about value. For this price, the quality of the room and overall just doesnt worth it. You can have many other choices if you are paying this price per night

The bath tub is a bit too small. Also the pillows are just soft.
But other than that, this hotel is pretty good.

Good, they don't accept union pay as deposit, will take 21 days to refund if use credit as deposit, I used cash instead but takes a long time to check out

Good location, close to the new metro station. Room is spacious & clean with good view.

First of all, sign to hotel reception is nothing clear if you walk from inside the building. Check in has a long queue and there is only one guy working there. Have to ask the check out counter why they are not helping to get to check in, waited more than half hour. Wanted to get some change for transportation but was told they can’t make changes! Other hotels gladly offer that service and is very detail in asking how they could help with getting to our destination. Have to call and ask for tidying up the room.

Location is great for the airport and ferry terminal.

The hotel is very new and there are shops and restaurants right downstairs, just few minutes walk to The Venetian which is very convenient.

A very pleasant stay. Helpful and friendly staff front desk staff. The hotel can look into providing some seating areas for guests waiting to be checked in.

Rooms are pretty basic and small. Lack of atmosphere all around. It is Clean but basic and for the price per room, can certainly find better deals for the room size and quality of the room elsewhere. Was just ok but Wouldn’t go back.

Booked corner suite. Great room on 18th floor. Beautiful views of the Cotia strip.

I like the art installations on the property and nearby areas

COD has a.GREAT location and helpful staff! Peter at the Concierge Desk is AWESOME!!

Super clean and close to the main areas. Will definitely come here to stay again!

The view is very beautiful. And the bath set is smelly

Didn’t like how staff brought our bags to front door and dropped on the floor - not hygienic

i like the theme of the hotel. The countdown effect is cool. However, i don't like the room design personally. Feel not very comfy with the bathroom.
