I've stayed better hotels
Pros:

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The ac was broke, had to move to another room. Mini fridge was froze and didn't cool. Second elevator was broke

Awful experience
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

AC quit working in the middle of the night. Staff did not give us any discount! Horrible stay. Got very little sleep and had to travel 6 hours the next day. Staff blamed it on storms. The AC made horrible noises before the storm ever passed through the city.

Delightful stay in every way one would expect ----- except no complimentary breakfast!
Pros:

I only had "take out" coffee for breakfast. Was disappointed that a complimentary breakfast was NOT provided. Was also surprised, as that is seldom the scenario with all my traveling. The mattress and pillow were A++++++++!! I forgot to ask someone at the desk what brands they were. A very, very relaxing sleep. Sweet dreams began within seconds of hitting the pillow. Loved the fluffy white towels, too! Everyone was exceptionally nice, professional and helpful.

Pros:

We really enjoyed the room, the indoor pool, the restaurant and the staff.

Cons:

The only thing I didn't like was the pillows, but that is a personal preference. I loked everything else.

Pros:

How friendly everyone was at all hours! Very clean and beautiful despite a little renovations happening.

Everything was great outside of manager who was not on property not wanting our (of 6) taken care of

The breakfast we prepaid for. The server was late for work but the problem was the manager. Manager didn’t want one of the check-in associates to take our order so we could get served and one our long road trip home.
