Beautiful place
I used booking.com and it wasn't right at all, couldn't find my reservation by the conformations number they sent still awaiting my money back! Plus not sure guys name that you can talk to on the line for hotel saying you can't walk in and book anymore but that's all not true great customer service for hotel had to buy two times but at the desk it worked. Screw booking.com for able to take the money but can't do something in real time.
Well -equipped workout room. Pool looked inviting, but I forgot my suit.
Breakfast was good but the eggs seemed fake.
I like that the desk clerk offered us waters to go.

My bed seemed to be btoken... it would creak and groan when I moved.
This is nitpicky but I want the ability to have the room "fan" on for the white noise buffer without having cold air blown on me as it was 10° outside.

Had to wait nearly 10 minutes for someone to check us in. No one at front desk when we were ready to check out so we left key cards on counter. Flooring in room looked worn and dingy. Only one working elevator. Pillows were too thick. Mattress was higher on one side than the other. Wasn't a comfortable night at all.

It could have only been the room I stayed in and I would let the manager know not place issues in this review, (mostly minor issues, maintenance related: decor, example: the bathroom vent was visible in the b-room, maybe it works, but it wasn’t easy to determine; regardless of minor inconvenience to guests, it could be a potential future maintenance / repair problem as lack of ventilation can lead to moisture problems that can grow into bigger problems). A couple other items , but not for public eyes. For the costs to stay, maybe some issues could be improved.
Easy location to the interstate highway.
All the furniture in the room was beat up, and the chair for the desk was stained, dirty, and gross and looked like it had been reclaimed from a dumpster. The front desk clerk just stared at me, emotionless, when I wheeled it down to the front lobby and showed it to her. She said there were no other chairs available to replace it as they were fully booked for the night and she had no idea where they might store extra chairs. When I said I couldn't sit in that chair, she said I could leave it with her then, which I did. She did ask for my room number, probably so she could take it back to the room after I left the hotel. She never once said she was sorry or acknowledged how gross the chair was or offered any other solution. The computer-generated text I received shortly after check in asked how my room was, and I responded with my problem with the chair. They replied by saying they would inform the appropriate parties and try to come up with a solution. And sorry for the inconvenience. I was never contacted again and nothing happened. It didn't ruin my stay, but I don't think I will stay at a Hampton Inn again.
Location, close to everything.
Breakfast from 6-10? Went down at 7am most items including coffee were out or not stocked. Front desk attendant was a little irritated when guests were asking for coffee, cups, spoons, bread, I mean everything was out.
Once I found out you have a silly mask policy I canceled my reservation and will never stay at any of your properties again.

The price seemed reasonable and the in unit heating/air worked well.
There were stains in the hallway carpet, the door to our room didn't close all the way to the point where you could see significant light around the door, and the shower faucet was very loose to the point I was worried it would break if I pushed on it too hard.
Adequate. Clean. It gets lots of use and it’s starting to show.
