Pros:

Fun Shakespeare themed hotel with very large, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast. The common spaces: dining room and pool area were a bonus.

The location was perfect and the staff was so nice and attentive.

It's time to exchange the mattresses. Mine was quite lumpy and painful. I struggled getting comfortable.

The location was great and walkable to everything downtown. Breakfast room was nice.

The building is old so you hear everything in the hallway and the creaking and walking from the upstairs rooms.

When taking a shower bathtub bottom was very slippery. Rubber mat would help. Breakfast not great

It’s really dated, but not in a good way! Old mattresses, and zero sound proofing. We were in the Queen by the stairs, avoid if you want to get any sleep!
