Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable but needs upgrades.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast room space was very nice. The location is excellent. Parking was convenient.

Cons:

Yogurt bar with many good toppings and fresh steel cut oatmeal were good at breakfast but bread selection was typical American motel stuff (mediocre, boring). Toaster was old and burned my toast. How about some waffles or fresh local bakery bread/pastries?
The bathroom needs some serious upgrades. Though it was clean, the sink was badly stained and the tub surround was also dated. A new, upgraded sink, countertop and tub surround would do wonders and would have increased my rating, probably to a 5.

Good place to stay.
Pros:

Conveniently located. Friendly staff, comfortable room and pets are welcome. Light breakfast was a bonus. We would stay again.

Good enough but not really nice.
Pros:

Location was excellent for me. Walked to a play. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Cons:

Room was noisy - very loud aircon, odd sounds from other rooms or building (maybe some construction?), also too many other things with light or noise (air purifier). Locks required a physical key and doors didn't have a latch to keep you safe in the room from unwanted entry. Breakfast was for me kind of gross and unappealing - kind of Comfort Inn level. Ate elsewhere.

We felt it was perfect!
Pros:

We liked the location and the amenities which include a pool, breakfast and even beautiful outdoor dining options. Everyone who worked there was exceptionally kind and attentive!

This facility is older but is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Great small hotel
Pros:

Wonderful free breakfast. large rooms, staff was very nice and professional. Great location, only a few blocks from the downtown area. The shower was hot with optimal water pressure. Would stay here again.

Cons:

This very minor, but the heating unit was a little fussy. Hard to get the right temperature.
