Cons:

Poor wi-fi reception in our room. No Visio for TV so no closed caption for TV. Situation eventually fixed but we missed our good Sunday shows on PBS.

We were only in Ashland for a night and day but we've stayed many times as we love the town.
Pros:

The location was excellent for walking throughout the town and parking was ample and easy. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We didn't use the pool or breakfast room but both looked good. We very much appreciated the water bottle refill stations on both floors:)

Cons:

My only complaint is that my bed was lumpy and the pillows were either super flat or super full. The bedding was very nice.

We always stay here when we come to Ashland. This is our third stay.
Pros:

The room was quiet, large enough for the three of us, easy to reach, and had a lovely view. It was easy to check in. The location was fabulous. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a pool but we didn't use it.

Cons:

The breakfast room was lovely but the breakfast felt meagre. Cold cereal, some fruit and nuts, hard boiled eggs, toast and sweet rolls, tea and coffee, juice. Sounds good but felt meagre.

Can’t wait to book a reservation here again on our next trip to Ashland.
Pros:

Located near OSF and right on the Fourth of July parade route.
Great customer service. Special kudos to Cindy!
Delicious breakfast, lots of seating room.
Loved the self serve coffee/beverage station, and mugs.

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling fan was out of order.
One of the chair cushions in the room was collapsed.

Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable and ready on time. Staff is professional and alert. Location within a 10 minute walk of many of the Ashland activities.

Cons:

The site is right next to a busy street, and my partner was bothered by the noise.
