Disappointing
Pros:

They were attempting to paint and fix some things.

Cons:

Hot tub was broken. Facility run down. Poor breakfast.

I will stay again, stayed for one night to take a break on our way to Florida and it’s also midpoint from Florida!
Pros:

The hotel was very clean, beds were comfortable and breakfast was good! I love the waffles, the location was close to the interstate! Will stay again! The staff was awesome!

Cons:

I think it just needs a little upgrade.

Mediocre at best.
Pros:

Location. That's it.

Cons:

Room smelled like a wet dog. Not at all pleasant!
Parking lot flooded due to depressed areas. Got feet soaked just walking to the car.
Will not book there again! Completed a survey to the hotel. Their response was "Sorry, and thanks for letting us know."
Comfort Inn is off my list!

Horrible Hotel!!!
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely terrible! The rooms on the website are NOTHING like the hotel! The dinning area furniture has to be 40 yrs old. The room I stayed in 215, I had to have assistance every time I need to enter. This hotel must not care about their customers or employees! The people at the counter were NEVER available! The parking lot was trashed. The building on the outside looks like it’s literally vacant! I was under the impression that these sites stand behind these hotels as far as telling the truth about there property! Because this hotel must have been over looked! The only person that helped me was Melissa. She absolutely ran the hotel the hole time of my stay. Management really needs to step back and realize her worth.
I absolutely would have given this hotel the worst hotel award but Melissa was great. But I would never stay in this one again!! Dont waste your money TRUST ME!!
