Nice staff, but very dated facilities and run down
Pros:

Staff was kind and responsive

Cons:

Very dated and the room smelled strongly of mildew. I don’t think the AC unit in the window has been cleaned in a long time

Bobbi was very lovely, as well as the other people working at the front desk. Excellent location!
Pros:

Everything was good...except the bed.

Cons:

The room smelled like a man, The pillows had an odor, (I always bring my own), and the bed was so bad I had to check out after the second night because my back went out.

Great staff. Hotel is addressing issues which is great to see.
Pros:

Site is going through some renovations and once in awhile the smell of paint was a bit strong.

Hotel was so nasty.

Not a thing.

Cons:

The room was absolutely disgusting. There was hair wads on the floor, black spots all over the wall from made something sprayed it, and some mystery sludge on the bathroom counter with hair stuck in it. Also mold in the bathtub. I didn’t take any photos because I was shook as to his gross it actually was. Had to drive an hour farther to find a clean room to stay.

To sum it up the minimal pros were not enough for me to choose this hotel again.
Pros:

I liked the receptionist I spoke with over the phone regarding late checkout. The manager on duty at checkout was kind. The location was good.

Cons:

The room had a smelly odor. Dirty towels were hanging on the shower, indicating that housekeeping had not thoroughly cleaned the room. When I arrived, the receptionist was not inviting; her energy was as if I had disturbed her.

Pros:

I like the convenience.

Cons:

There was an odor in the rooms. The hot water would not get hot and we had to take a cold shower.

I would stay again just for the bed and pillows!
Pros:

Easy on/off the interstate. Close to family. Beds and pillows were really nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Room has a damp smell to it. Several rooms across the hall were open and had fans blowing so maybe there was a leak. Vending machines only took cash and receptionist could not change a $5 bill so we couldn’t buy water.

I was disappointed in the room.. surface cleaning could be seen but deeper cleaning would improve it greatly.. just need

It was an old property.. when entering the room.. there was a bad smell .. possibly coming from the old carpet.. we couldn’t get hot water from the bathroom sink until we turned on the shower.
