It was bright & updated, plus clean that's a win, win.
Pros:

The location was easy to get to and back on the interstate. Breakfast was good lots of options. Rooms & bathrooms were clean, liked how quiet it was.

Cons:

The new carpet smell, and the counter in the bathroom was unusually high not good for a shorter person.

Perfect
Pros:

Jessica is an absolute doll! She was so friendly and helpful during the free breakfast. Everything she did was with a big smile! She is an asset to Hampton Inn and we will be back!

A nice room, comfortable beds, breakfast was meh… staff was meh… really nothing special.
Pros:

It is located right off the freeway… yet far enough it is a quiet area.

Cons:

The fitness center was “closed for repairs”. No pool. They say they have snacks and drinks for purchase but not open for viewing. No outdoor lounging area.

Nothing Less Than Amaxing
Pros:

After spending 13.5 hours trapped in our vehicle in a pile up on I80, we arrived at the Hampton Inn not even knowing if they would have a room for us. Because of a cancellation, they had a room.

Not only did they have a room, they allowed us to check in early- we arrived at 6:30 in the morning, they offered us breakfast- we had only eaten Doritos all day/ night.

We were given a local taxi service from the front desk which turned out to be another great experience.

The staff were amazing & genuinely cared about how we were doing, assisting whenever we needed them.

Cons:

This hotel for a Hampton Inn was dirty, and has not been updated. Trouble with HVAC units/sink back-up - water would not drain - this was after changing rooms once.

all in all we enjoyed our stay perfect place to end a long day of driving
Pros:

it was good - nothing unexpected - the same breakfast you can get at pretty much any hotel - nothing more to say - the room layout was great actually - food in one area away from the seating which I did like a lot - the staff was EXCELLENT she made the morning like a ray of sunshine in the room - a big keeper!
