Pros:

Hotel muito calmo, ótimo para desfrutar de uma estadia serena com uma vista excecional sobre o oceano. O staff é muito profissional, o serviço de transporte para o aeroporto é útil. O restaurante é de ótima qualidade, desfrutamos de um maravilhoso jantar. As piscinas naturais com acesso ao mar são deslumbrantes é uma experiência incrível. Espero regressar em breve.

Pros:

We stumbled across this property while being delayed at the airport and we were glad we did. We will certainly stay there again at some point of our next visit to Maderia. The staff went above and beyond!! The breakfast was perfect and the restaurant was one of the best experiences we had on the island. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The views and location along the water were beautiful. It certainly was a silver lining while being delayed getting off the island.

Kurzer, sehr guter Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort aufgrund von Sturm und eines abgesagten Fluges, aber man hat es uns so angenehm wie möglich gemacht (inkl. Gratis-Flasche Sekt). Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Service zum Flughafen.

Cons:

Die Sauna war etwas klein ohne Liegen. Unser Frühstückspaket (anstelle des Frühstücks) wäre besser ohne Knoblauchbutter gewesen, da wir ja im Anschluss in einem Flugzeug sitzen mussten.

Wir würden gerne wieder kommen.
Pros:

Gediegene Hotelanlage. Großzügiges Zimmer mit komfortabler Ausstattung und Blick aufs Meer. Sehr freundliches Personal, professionell und sehr bemüht Wünsche zu erfüllen. Üppiges Frühstück und auch das Abendessen ist zu empfehlen. Der Oceanpool ist traumhaft, leider konnten wir ihn ob der rauen See nicht nutzen. Die kurzfristig organisierte Massage war gut.

Cons:

Da gibt es fast nichts. Vielleicht der etwas unattraktive grüne Zaun zum Meer hin. Ansonsten alles sehr behaglich!

Friendly, welcoming and luxurious stay!
Pros:

Fantastic welcome from friendly staff, they took great care of us. Both the evening meal and breakfast were great, with a great selection to choose from. We availed of the spa treatments and really enjoyed our massages too.

Cons:

We had no dislikes!

Pros:

Tout le personnel est charmant ,attentif et chaleureux. Le restaurant un delice et sa chef de salle qui parle tres bien francais est remarquable. Notre sejour etait parfait.
