Wonderful family run hotel - so welcoming
Pros:

Such a friendly family run hotel, staff were all so helpful and lovely. Food was great, wonderful breakfast spread and went out the way to provide nice gluten free items for me. Lovely comfortable rooms. Sadly it was a short night stop so didn’t get to use any other facilities. Would return

Perfect relaxation. The sea is gorgeous, room was huge, food delicious.
Pros:

The people at the hotel are exceptionally nice and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they balance being ‘on hand’ and intrusion perfectly. I don’t think I’ve ever holidayed with a better crew.

loved it - would recommend 1-2 nights on arrival in Madeira or vice versa
Pros:

Room superb - got an unexpected complimentary upgrade
Staff exceptional - experienced & v helpful - nothing was a problem
had a red eye flight - they gave us a breakfast box at 0450 & complimentary shuttel airport
Sea level lava rock pools very impressive and querky

Cons:

all good - they have a small hotel that works

Exzellenter Service mit sehr sympathischem Personal auf sehr gepflegter Anlage
Pros:

Absolut hervorzuhebender, exzellenter Service, sehr nettes Personal. Das Mobiliar ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber ist in einem top Zustand und alles sehr sauber, das Zimmer war riesig und komfortabel. Exklusives, sehr leckeres Frühstück in gemütlicher Atmosphäre. Fantastischer, großer Pool mit Zugang zum Meer. Den oberen, beheizten Pool haben wir gar nicht genutzt. Fußläufige Lage zum Flughafen (mit Gepäck würden wir aber den kostenlosen Transfer empfehlen)

Pros:

La piscine naturelle est incroyable, le personnel est au petit soin, le calme de l hôtel (malgré la proximité de l aéroport qui ne gêne pas du tout), le petit déjeuner et le restaurant était très bon.

Cons:

Rien du tout, la salle du spa un peu en dessous par rapport au reste
