Friendly, welcoming and luxurious stay!
Pros:

Fantastic welcome from friendly staff, they took great care of us. Both the evening meal and breakfast were great, with a great selection to choose from. We availed of the spa treatments and really enjoyed our massages too.

Cons:

We had no dislikes!

Pros:

Beautiful place, extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Walking distance to Santa Cruz restaurants.

Cons:

Very expensive.
Heated pool was cold (likely due to rain).

Pros:

Tout le personnel est charmant ,attentif et chaleureux. Le restaurant un delice et sa chef de salle qui parle tres bien francais est remarquable. Notre sejour etait parfait.

Lovely hotel; a few niggles
Pros:

Positives: amazing staff, good food, great location. Salt water pool
Is special. Read the other reviews they are real

Negatives: some points I would liked to have known. We stayed a week which is a bit unusual I think. Many treat as airport hotel for which it is amazing.

It is very close to the airport. Air flights are limited but you hear them and smell them.

More significant it is right next to main road around the island. No noise in rooms or restaurant but there is a lot constant sitting by pool.

Walking to Santa Cruz requires 500m along footpath next to motorway.

Pool is heated but only to 24. Jacuzzi and sauna are tepid and old.

Food is good choice and generally very good family restaurant style. But this is not 5 star luxury.

Gorgeous hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous facilities and beyond friendly and helpful staff. Wish we had more time to enjoy this hotel. Location on the cliffs is incredible, and the ocean pools are beyond belief.

Fantastik vistelse på Albatroz! Magisk utsikt över havet vart man än tittar. En helt otrolig havspool därtill. Supertrevlig personal och mat i högsta klass. Kommer definitivt hit igen!

Pros:

The rooms are large and look out on the ocean. The staff are very nice and accommodating. And the included breakfast was extensive and delicious. The hotel is quiet and has very nice facilities. Top notch!

Wunderbarer Zwischenstopp!🥰
Pros:

Es war ein wundervoller kurzer Aufenthalt. Wir worden von allen Seiten extrem verwöhnt! Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich, da ich viel reise, kann ich das beurteilen und würde hier mehr als 10 Punkte geben.
Auch die Massagen wurden mit viel Liebe und medizinischen Kenntnissen durchgeführt. Der Meerwasserpool einfach Klasse!
