Location was good. Very clean.

Cons:

Thin walls, very noisy. No water pressure for showers. Very noisy bathroom fans. Unit below left their bathroom fan on all night and was very noisy.

Don't miss it!
Pros:

It's a very walk into the center of town, the rooms are very clean (book the suite above the office for a treat), and the front desk staff are great. We've been there a few times and it's consistently wonderful.

Pros:

Good location right on Grand Ave.

Cons:

Room very musty/bad odor when we arrived. Neighboring room had same odors(folks staying there told us).
Tub drain very slow.

Nice family stay in the heart of Grand Lake.
Pros:

Convenient, clean, very nice staff. Perfect for our needs.

Cons:

There was nothing we did not like. The motel/hotel is older but has a lot of charm. Very clean and comfortable.
