Beautiful old historic building with charm and elegance . Bedrooms very comfortable and updated . Staff all very friendly and professional
Very good hotel in fine building in beautuful Rutland town not far from Oakham, Rutland Water, and Stamford. Room was a good size, ckean and quiet. Recrption area light and airy and good place for a drink or a bite to eat.All staff were polite and helpful. Good value for what we paid. Would recommend.
This is a very nice hotel ,the room we had was fantastic. We loved the history of the hotel and its location. The staff where faultless ,from the check in desk ,the catering, and the bar staff also the room was nice and clean. We cold not fault this place.
Room was very comfortable, nice and clean.
Staff very helpful and friendly, food was great!
Relaxing enjoyable stay!
A truly fabulous hotel, a charming character building in an excellent location. Our room looked over the square, perfect in every way. Although a historic building the facilities are completely modern and do not have any of the issues that some older hotels suffer from. Even the car park had plenty of room and there's a car park next door but one if ever the car park is full. The service in the restaurant is superb, both efficient and friendly and all the staff are chatty. The quality of the food is also excellent. We had to leave early due to a family emergency but we will definitely return.
Friendly helpful staff, comfortable room with good quality bedding and a good selection of tea/coffee/milk and toiletries available.
Lovely small hotel in pretty village. Over all really good but WiFi was not a secure network though which seemed a bit odd to me. Parking a little limited if you get there during the day but they do offer to pay for your parking in the parking lot next door.
Nice quiet side despite being very close to everything
Love it
My second stay at the Falcon and, as before, excellent all round.
Excellent service, very welcoming and helpful, particularly the lady on reception on Wednesday afternoon. Great location, good car parking facility, lovely cooked breakfast . A lift to the higher floors would be beneficial.
The hotel is being refurbished so its a bit pot luck what you get. We went with our friends and had both booked double rooms. We got a beautiful big room with huge bed - they got put in a single by mistake and were eventually moved to a very small twin with shower that didnt work. The food was nothing special but the staff were all friendly and helpful.
