Pros:

schönes Hotel in der Innenstadt mit sehr gutem Frühstück und freundlichem Personal. Empfehlenswert!

Cons:

Zimmer war ringhörig oder die Frau im Nachbarzimmer hat überdurchschnittlich laut telefoniert - gefühlt die halbe Nacht 😕

Das Hotel ist goldig und individuelle geführt.Wir sind sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen worden.Die Lage ist sehr zentral und ruhig mit einem kleinen schönen Innenhof .
Das Frühstück war auch gut.

Very nice hotel with very welcome staff
Pros:

Very nice hotel, the staff is super welcoming.
My room was upgrade for free, and on the bed there were a nice box of chocolate as a welcome present.
There are A/C in the room, and you can control it as you like.
The breakfast is superb, full of fresh products. Simply amazing.
The Spa is cosy, you can enjoy there an hour it relax.
The position is perfect to discover the city.

Cons:

The bathroom was ok, just a bit to low in the celling because I was on the last floor under the roof, but just because I am very tall. Can not really consider a minus for the hotel.

Very well maintained hotel with helpful and friendly staff members.
Pros:

Amazing hotel with very good llcation in city centre. Staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and had good variety of food.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like in this pretty hotel

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel en super ligging .

Cons:

De ontbijtzaal heel chaotisch en druk , tafels stonden nog vol van de vorige gasten . We moesten van andere tafels glazen, koffietassen en bestek halen . Er werd niet of te laat aangevuld . Personeel deed hun best maar was teveel werk voor 2 personen .

Lovely hotel in great location with very friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel staff were friendly, rooms was luxurious and spotless with comfy beds and it was really well situated in the centre of Bruges

Cons:

I could not see that parking was not available until after I had made my booking, although there were other options nearby. The hotel lift was out of order due to a recent fire.
