Overall, we lived this hotel and would stay again.
Pros:

I loved the location of this hotel. It was easy to walk to everything and yet slightly off the main roads. The “living room” was a great spot to sit and gather with friends. The hotel staff was super helpful. They were lovely to interact with.

Cons:

The only thing was we were a group of 3; mother and 2 young adult kids. There was a curtain to provide privacy which worked, but was a tiny bit awkward.

Wat een geweldig hotel!!
Pros:

Echt alles!! Maar om te beginnen met het geweldige gastgerichte personeel!! Daarnaast locatie, t gebouw, de smaakvolle inrichting, heerlijke wellness, geweldige ontbijt! Beste hotel ever! Kortom, mega aanrader!

Erg goed, goede tips over écht goede restaurants en heerlijke kamers.
Pros:

Erg attent personeel. We hadden een verjaardag, daar is zeer goed op geanticipeerd.

Hôtel très bien placé et idéalement situé. L’ambiance est cosy et sympathique, et les lits sont confortables.

Cons:

la chambre était très petite et l’insonorisation est quasiment inexistante (on entend facilement les voisins, même la nuit). La porte de la chambre semble très légère, ce qui n’aide pas du tout à limiter le bruit. De plus, le logement manquait de propreté : mieux vaut ne pas trop regarder dans les détails, notamment sous le lit. Enfin, même si le lit est confortable, l’hôtel aurait besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement et d’être rénové

conveniently located and overpriced .
Pros:

It is ideally located from the city center and the belfry tower is walking distance from the hotel. The breakfast was decent but we have gad better for the price charged.

Our son’s room was really small. The bed was squeezed in a corner and the sink was right opposite the bed as you opened the door. Could have been a linen closet which was converted into a room. I would not recommend Room #20

Cons:

Really small bathroom with no hooks or towel stand. No hot water kettle in the room, asked for one but the entire hotel did not have any. Used the coffee pot to make hot water but was not as good.

Super mooie, nette kamer. Voortreffelijk ontbijt ❤️

Cons:

Persoonlijk zou ik een gratis flesje water op de kamer verwachten. Er was een gevulde mini-bar dat wel. Maar dat is echt iets persoonlijk. Ik had niets aan te merken voor de rest 👌

La proximité du centre

Cons:

On devrait nous indiquer à la réservation le mode de faire pour entrer dans Bruges, puisqu’on ne peut pas y circuler de 13h à 18h.
De plus les indications pour le parking sont assez lacunaires.
