Sehr schönes ruhiges Hotel mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Der Empfang, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer, ruhig, sauber, gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Für Allergiker geeignet. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Auto kann man in einer Tiefgarage ca. 150 m vom Hotel entfernt abstellen.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer hatte eine sehr hohe Badewanne. Das Hotel wurde 2018 aufwendig saniert. Die Badezimmer hätte man mit Duschen ausstatten können.

Amazingly friendly staff. Great location.
Pros:

Superb location with exceptional staff. The whole team were super friendly and helpful. They had maps and recommended the most amazing restaurant for dinner.
It’s a great location as easy to walk around the city.

Room was very comfortable with lovely pillows. We had chocolates on arrival and they have a stocked mini bar for a small charge in addition to free tea and coffee.

Modern room with good facilities. Did not use the new spa facilities but looked great.

Breakfast was good with multiple choices for both hot and cold items.

Cons:

Not an issue for us but if on your first weekend away with a partner our room had no door between the toilet and the bedroom. It was round the corner - as married for x years not an issue.

There was a lovely marble sink in the room just took up a lot of space.

Localização ok. O hotel fica numa rua próxima ao centro mas bem tranquila.

Cons:

O quarto é bem pequeno. A presença das malas impedia a adequada circulação do quarto.

Amazing! Comfy… Classy… Close to town… and Chic!
Pros:

We loved everything! We stayed for three days - the room spacious and the large bed was comfy.

We recommend the breakfast - phenomenal! A great selection. The scrambled eggs… the salmon… all great!

The wellness room was a lovely touch. We relaxed in the jacuzzi one afternoon - bliss!

All the staff we interacted with were brilliant - kind and eager to help.

Comfortable, clean and overall a good place to stay!
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The hotel was within walking distance to most places I needed, with plenty of lovely coffee shops and brunch spots nearby. I stayed for one night and had a very comfortable experience. The staff were accommodating and even left complimentary chocolates and cookies, which was a nice touch. I also managed to find parking close by, which made things easier. Overall, very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend.

Pros:

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Below, it is highlighted what I have enjoyed the most:
- The location: right in the centre of the city, it allows residents to enjoy the city comfortably.
- Staff: very helpful staff who are willing to help at anytime.
- Quiet area: although the hotel is located in the main area of the city, its hidden location allows the residents to enjoy a noise-free stay.
- Breakfast: its variety makes the breakfast enjoyable.
- Additional comments: the hotel provides a box of Belgium chocolates upon check in and a ‘goodbye’ biscuits box upon check out.

Cons:

Some constructive comments can be found below:
- Room was clean and tidy, however, it wasn’t hoovered during the day.
- Walls were a bit thin so some noise could be heard while trying to sleep. Although this did not end up being an issue to have a nice sleep, it is worth it to mention.

Finally, I would happily stay again in this hotel! Do not let these constructive comments stopping you from booking your stay with them!
