חדר מרווח, מיטה מאוד נוחה, קומקום בחדר, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה, שפע פעילות לילדים כלול במחיר, צוות מקסים ואדיב בעמדת בקבלה וגם המנהל אבי שעזר לנו בפתרון בעיה שעלתה

We really enjoyed the stay and definitely will return.
Pros:

Very good location. Close to Jerusalem. Excellent breakfast buffet with many delicious options. Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommended.

Cons:

המקום ישן, קצת מביך ב2025 להתארח בחדרים כאלה, מרגיש חדר שתקוע בשנות ה90.
המחיר של החדרים זה מחיר של מלון. יקר מאוד למה שמקבלים.

המיקום מקסים! המלון יפיפה והקיפצובה והבריכה נחמדה, ממש שווה הכל. לגבי האוכל, לא להיט.
יש וולט שמגיע.

הזמנו מקום ללילה אחד ועזבנו בלילה, לא התחברנו למקום

אין כיור במטבחון בחדר, הסוויטה שקיבלנו הייתה עם מדרגות למרות שדיווחנו על תינוק ועגלה, המיטה בחדר הזוגי היתה על גלגלים והורכבה מ 2 מיטות יחיד, אין כבלים נורמלים בטלוויזיה וערוצים לילדים. בכניסה לקיפצובה לא נתנו לנו להכנס עם הרכב קרוב לאתר למרות שהייתה חנייה בשפע. הגענו להתרשם מארוחת הערב, היא הייתה דלה. עזבנו מחוסר נוחות בלילה.

Un séjour reposant parfait pour une famille
Pros:

Proche de Jérusalem, à 1h en voiture de Tel Aviv
L’établissement est calme, l’accueil est excellent, très chaleureux. Beaucoup beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants ! De soir comme de jour !
L’accès au parc kiftzuba est super, à 5min à pied de l’hôtel
La piscine est parfaite pour les enfants, à l’ombre avec un espace pour les petits, et surveillée.

Cons:

Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours et les lits sont faits, mais les chambres ne sont pas très propres, l’équipement est assez ancien

הנוף השירות החדרים מרווחים

Cons:

הגענו עם ילד צליאקי והמודעות מאוד נמוכה לא היה כמעט מבחר בחדר האוכל
אכלנו רק ארוחת בוקר וחוץ מלחמניה ללא גלוטן לא היה כלום.

אהבנו את עובד הקבלה אלי ואת קפיצובה

לעניות דעתנו מאחר ומדובר במלון בקיבוץ חשבנו שהמלון יהיה פסטורלי עם המון מדשאות ירוקות כדוגמת מלון כפר בלום בצפון אך לא קח היה הדבר ,
בכניסה לבריכה היכן שהנך שוטף את עצמך שלולית די גדולה של בוץ , על הדשא בבריכה שגם הוא לא הכי מתוחזק בפינה היה כלוב די גדול שהיו שם כל מיני גרוטאות וחפצים ישנים . במלון צובה לא שמעו על כספות בחדרים .
בקיצור לא נהננו מהאווירה, לא מהניקיון , לא מהחדר שהיה קטן יחסית לסוויטה שהזמנו ומי שבכל זאת מגיע לו שאפו על אדיבותו , המקצועיות שלו זה אלי או אבי ( לא זוכר במדויק ) עובד הקבלה .
