Hôtel charmant !
Pros:

Petit hôtel très propre et bien entretenu. Le personnel est très gentil. Il y a une bonne ambiance, beaucoup de gens y passent pour prendre des verres c’est très animé. La ville de Es Mercadal est très jolie avec de bons petits restaurants. Le petit-déjeuner est simple mais avec de bons produits.

Cons:

Les prix des chambres sont excessivement élevés - bien que l’hôtel soit globalement confortable et très propre, les chambres demeurent très sommaires et ne justifient pas le prix (étant précisé que nous étions début août donc probablement la période la plus chère).

Exceptionally clean Hotel with lovely staff. Muchos Gracias
Pros:

The Hotel Jeni was spotless. All areas of the Hotel very clean.
Breakfast very nice , lovely breakfast room .
Staff excellent. Laura waiting on. Christine and Phine on the bar and the two barmen .
All very friendly.
Food really nice.

Cons:

Bathroom a little small in the room. Same Menu each evening .

Lovely staff and fabulous pool

Very welcome and friendly staff and lovely outdoor pool

Cons:

It was all lovely, and a pretty little town with a market on Thursday nights, and often music and dancing in the town square. In fact it was so nice that we went back a second time in our 3 weeks in Menorca. A nice break from tourist resorts on the coast.

Volledig in de watten gelegd!
Pros:

Prima locatie aan de rand van het centrum van een leuk dorpje, weg van de toeristische hectiek aan de kust. Zeer comfortabel hotel met geweldig vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Een ruime kamer met airco. Zwembad erbij. En een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet tegen een vriendelijke prijs.

Una fantástica opción equidistante en Menorca
Pros:

Menorca por su estructura de carreteras en forma de espina de pez, Mercadal es una opción muy céntrica para acceder a cualquier cala del norte o del sur (15 minutos a Fornell o a Cala Galdana) A 25 minutos de Mahon o de Ciudadella. El pueblo dispone de buena oferta gastronómica y de tiendas. El hotel es suficientemente céntrico para estar en 5 minutos en la plaza central, y suficientemente lejana para que no moleste el bullicio de las terrazas. Es un hotel limpio, y bien mantenido. La piscina es suficiente teniendo en cuenta que es un hotel urbano de dimensiones medias. El personal es muy atento y amable. Los jueves, como es tradicional durante siglos, celebra Es Mercadal un bullicioso mercadillo callejero.

Cons:

El hotel es una yuxtaposición de edificios unidos paulatinamente que provoca la existencia de escaleras entre edificios. Puede ser incomodo para transitar con maletas de ruedas o personas mayores.

Una habitación estrecha e incómoda para un precio tan alto
Pros:

La chica de recepción fue simpatiquísima y nos ayudó un montón con horarios de autobuses, recomendando lugares, dando todas las facilidades del mundo. Tiene una piscina que no es muy grande y está en medio dl edificio pero te da la vida para darte u baño si hace mucho calor.

Cons:

La habitación nos dijeron que era una suite, que imaginamos que nos la dieron porque no les quedaba otra, pero era estrechísima, o sea una distribución cero cómoda. Una nevera enana pegada a una de las camas y había que pasar por encima para llegar al baño. Estaba limpio pero la habitación, para lo que nos costó, nos pareció una barbaridad de caro. Era súper incómoda. No sabemos cómo eran las otras habitaciones. Y luego es un sitio al que parece que va como gente mayor o algo así, cuando llegamos estaban haciendo bailes de salón o algo así. O sea, el personal es encantador, la pisicna te salva una tarde calurosa, pero es carísimo para la habitación que es.
