El servei que ofereix l'hotel es exisit! El fet de deixar l'habitacio et guarden la bossa i a mes et pot dutxar aban de partir tot i ja haver deixat l'habitacio MOLTES GRACIES sense cap dubte molt recomanable, l'ambient familiar i proper l'amabilitat de tots els empleats- la netetja, aprop del bus i parada de taxis... MOLTES MOLTES GRACIES - ens veim en tornar a Menorca

So good I extended my stay
Pros:

I had a wonderful 7 night stay (extended from 5 nights).
- I had a free upgrade for the duration, offered to me simply because a better room was available at check in
- I felt completely safe there - all the staff are lovely and trustworthy, and there are a lot of female staff.
- there is decent parking
- it was always spotlessly clean
- the pool and sun loungers were wonderful. Especially the padded bed-like loungers! I was so comfortable.

Cons:

The only issue was the comfort of the mattress - it was very hard.

But everything else outweighed this issue and I extended my stay.

Molt bona experiència!

L'hotel Jeni ens ha sorprès molt postivament! És un hotel acollidor, amb un personal molt amable i servicial i molt ben ubicat. Hem agraït molt que hagin complert amb les peticions que vaig sol•licitar (llit de matrimoni i habitació tranquil•la) i que després del check out ens hagin permès utilitzar les instal•lacions i dutxar-nos a un bany de cortesia de l'hotel. Tot estava molt nét, l'habitació àmplia i còmoda i hem vist que el restaurant està bé de preu i hi havien molts locals d'Es Mercadal.

Cons:

Per posar alguna pega, la nostra habitació només tenia porticons i entrava bastanta llum del sol.

Cena y habitación perfectas.
Pros:

La noche en general fue maravillosa.
La cena fue en el mismo hotel, hicimos ahí la cena de gala del bádminton éramos casi. 100 y fueron muy atentos todos los camareros y camareras, la comida bien y el ambiente perfecto la habitación genial, cama grande y cómoda, y la ducha limpia. Gracias

Aunque todo era la verdad muy bien, el que al ducharme, mi pareja dió a la cisterna y me salió el agua ardiendo.
Pero es a algo mínimo.
