La comodidad de la habitación, la alberca

Cons:

El personal los que atienden a la llegada y en el desayuno ,sobre todo los meseros ,tardan mucho en atender y pides una bebida tardan mucho para dártela y la gente que te sirve las bebidas ,estan de mala cara nada amables ,deben tener al frente gente con amabilidad y actitud de servicio ,muy mal la verdad , no cuenta con bell boy y llevamos varias maletas y te las tienes que subir 3 pisos.

Nada el agua de la alberca estaba súper caliente

Cons:

El menú esta muy básico, tiene años que no han modificado su carta, en cuanto a comodidad la habitación que me toco esta vez tenía el colchón viejo, el cual estaba hundido, en ambas camas

muy bien ubicado , alberca muy limpia , muy cómodo el hotel y accesible el precio.

El desayuno muy variado y rico , lo mejor que fue bufete así te da la oportunidad de escoger lo que se te antoja. me gusto que el alojamiento te incluyera el desayuno, los cuartos cómodos y con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones muy agradables,

Cons:

los precios un poco elevados lo que te orilla salir a buscar a otro lado. En especial la noche que hacen la parrillada con hamburguesas, hot dog y tlayudas se me hicieron excesivos los costos y muy pobre la presentación por el precio debían incluir mínimo las papas. En cuanto a las bebidas quizá tener promociones de 2x1 . Siento que en la habitación le hacia falta un poco de luz.

A lovely family-friendly Mexican-style hotel well-situated in Crucecita. It is a 10-minute walking distance to Chahué Beach and a 20-minute walk to Santa Cruz Beach (with a possible free car transfer to the Macuil by Villablanca restaurant at the beach). A big supermarket is just around the corner. Our junior suite was very spacious (two connected rooms with a balcony), featuring big, comfy beds and very good air conditioning. It offers a great Mexican buffet breakfast, kind staff, and nice excursion offers for visiting the surrounding bays, lovely waterfalls and experiencing bioluminescencia by night.

Bon service mais très mauvaise connexion wifi

Belles chambres et le service très bien

Cons:

Très Mauvaise connexion Wifi. Ni mon cell ni la TV marchaient avec le wifi dans l’habitation. J’ai essayé à plusieurs reprises d’écouter des films dans ma chambre, sans succès.
