Location
It was dirty, we paid $200 for one night, and it didn’t even include breakfast, that was an additional $20.
Electrical outlets by the bed were broken, body wash not refilled , freezer needed defrost. Only one regular coffee pod.
The hotel is old, they are trying to give it a facelift, but there a better and cheaper options in the area.
Courtyard inn elsewhere has a much better standard.
Go somewhere else.
We did not purchase breakfast. There was no breakfast provided with the room. You could add a continental breakfast to be included with the room. The room was too expensive. Also, this is the third time that the pool was closed. That was the main reason we booked the room so we could swim. You should inform customers that the pool is closed before they book the room. My grandson was really upset because he couldn't swim. The rates should be reduced if the pool is closed. Not very clean in the room and the beds were very tall and uncomfortable. Older short people probably have trouble getting on the beds.

Toilet didn’t work
Loved having the Bistro open at night. We were exhausted from moving & glad we didn’t have to go out. Loved the Layout of room & comfortable couch. Microwave lights or tv not facing bed.
Not sure. But Monday used the pool & spa and harsh on treatment. But understand you have to treat it sometime.
Bathroom door didn’t fit the frame. All the towel racks has been ripped off the wall and just stuck back in. Paint chipped and peeling. Very sub-par Marriott standards.
The room’s door next to us looked like it had been pried open at some point so that didn’t make us feel comfortable. The bed was very hard and stiff. There were broken floor tiles in the bathroom and the molding around the tub did not look great either. Wasn’t sure if it was moldy or what but the tub could have used a makeover. There were guest walking around barefoot from coming from the pool which left water in the hallways and the elevator. The only thing that was good about the whole stay was our AC unit did it’s job and kept the room cold.
Even the under canopy check in area was darkb& uninviting!
Then you step inside.😳
Dark, DINGY, uninviting. Had a slight odor. Checked in; went to room assigned. Door was propped open. I knocked, shouted and WENT BACK ON old elevator with cracked tiles.
Assigned a different room - 4th floor. Dark hallway. Opened room door... instant smell/odor. Looked around, knew at once that I would not lower my standards to stay here.
Got back in same elevator (other one was broken). Told front desk clerk about my findings & wanted to CANCEL MY RESERVATION! I did & went to a 1st class Marriott in Wichita Falls, Tx.
Location, staff friendly.
Room and bathroom needs upgrading. Caulking and tile in bathroom look nasty.
The only real positive for us were the beds, they were comfortable. The room was large enough, but the cleanliness wasn't great. Same for the bathroom. Maintenance is also an issue. The elevator felt sketchy and the dirty carpet rolling up in the hallway in front of it is a tripping hazard. In the morning, don't expect any complimentary coffee, there isn't any. They will gladly sell you a cup though, even after paying nearly $150 for the night. Needless to say, we won't be back.
Location is terrific! Near many restaurants, shops and gas stations as well as interstate access nearby
Shower pressure was really low
The bistro staff member did a lovely job.
