Staff was very friendly and great! location great. bed great.

Cons:

The bathrooms were absolutely unexceptable and disgusting. We actually stayed here 3 nights in 3 different rooms due to playoff games. Every bathroom was digusting and absolutely unacceptable. Marriott needs to look into this hotel. The price was inflated.

I wasn’t impressed with breakfast Starbucks was to expensive but the service was great Coffee was great!

Cons:

The price was the main issue for what we were used to having at Courtyard by Marriott. We stayed there because of the location to our doctors appointment at Texas Back Institute We love Starbucks coffee…. but the meal was just to pricey

Does not life up to regular Courtyard by Marriott standard

It was dirty, we paid $200 for one night, and it didn’t even include breakfast, that was an additional $20.
Electrical outlets by the bed were broken, body wash not refilled , freezer needed defrost. Only one regular coffee pod.
The hotel is old, they are trying to give it a facelift, but there a better and cheaper options in the area.
Courtyard inn elsewhere has a much better standard.
Go somewhere else.

Cons:

We did not purchase breakfast. There was no breakfast provided with the room. You could add a continental breakfast to be included with the room. The room was too expensive. Also, this is the third time that the pool was closed. That was the main reason we booked the room so we could swim. You should inform customers that the pool is closed before they book the room. My grandson was really upset because he couldn't swim. The rates should be reduced if the pool is closed. Not very clean in the room and the beds were very tall and uncomfortable. Older short people probably have trouble getting on the beds.
