Pros:

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das Personal war sehr unfreundlich und sprach kein Deutsch- wir sind in der Schweiz. Alles was wir fragten war zuviel.
Preis von Tiefgaragenplatz überrissen. Stecker von Föhn passt nicht in Steckdose. Kein Kühlschrank. Fehlende Frottéewäsche wurde nach mehrmaligem Bitten dann doch noch ins Zimmer gebracht.

Great hotel in a fun location
Pros:

Very clean, great air-conditioning, quick and easy breakfast options. At no stage did I get trapped in the carpark. Location was great to be able to walk out and find food or interesting stuff to look at. Lausanne Garre is a pretty easy downhill walk (albeit about 30 minutes).

Cons:

The elevators are behind a keycard-protected door, and that door is kinda hard to find if you take the stairs the first time 🙂

Comme toujours, frasques de savon liquide et/ou mouchoirs vides, cabine de douche qui fuit et inonde la salle de bains, salle pour le petit-déjeuner beaucoup trop petite, embouteillages aux heures de grande affluence…

We requested an additional bed for the children, but it was not comfortable. The washroom also had an issue where water would spill onto the floor during use. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator and microwave, and complimentary drinking water was not provided.
