Great place to stay, lots of places to go to eat, but unsecure internet.
Pros:

breakfast, good parking, This hotel is very active with lots of patrons, looks and sounds of a thriving hotel. excellent. lots of bag carts. water shower great pressure. nice staff, clean and rooms smells clean.

Cons:

wish there was more parking in the front, and the breakfast is mostly gluten based foods. bagels, bread, cereal, waffles, oatmeal. The laundry seemed expensive, $3 for the washer but we were charged by the machine automatically $6 for 45 minutes done automatically. I had to go out and buy a whole bag of tide just to do 1 wash. rooms a little dry, could use a humidifier. understandable its winter. There is a ethernet plug by the desks, but not usable. Wifi speed is great, but it unsafe, not sure. its wide open without a password, I had to turn on my VPN to do work.

Pros:

Lots of Asian foods and 15 minutes away from where we were visiting.

Cons:

The reason we choose this place was all because it had a pool and it was down during our stay. Light bulbs was dead in room and asked for new, was told they would get to it the next day. Light fixtures and power plugs where loose.

I enjoyed my stay and will be staying here again.
Pros:

Room was clean and very comfortable. I felt safe at all times in this location and facility.

Cons:

I was charged for parking in the garage. This seems petty... I am staying on your property. In the future, do I get charged every time I enter and leave the parking lot? This dropped you from a 10 to a 9.

الفندق جيد يحتاج ان يطور من نفسه
Pros:

موقع الفندق جيد بقرب الكثير من المرافق الحيويه ، الفندق بالعموم جيد يلبي الغرض باقل المعاير اغلب موظفين الاستقبال ودودين .
الاسره جيده لا يوجد ازعاج و امان

Cons:

تم خصم مبالغ من بطاقتي الإئتمانية بعد الاقامه بحدود 10 اول مره بعذر ان مبلغ الضمان المحجوز لا يغطي المده المحجوزه مدة إقامتي كامله كانت 16 يوم ، ثاني مره تم خصم قيمة الإقامة مره ثانيه للعلم ان المبلغ مدفوع عبر بوكينج بالكامل قبل الدخول بيوم و بعد مناقشات طالت و ايميلات تم إرجاع المبلغ قبل المغادره بيوم مما اثر على ميزانيتي .
خدمة الغرف تعيسه اول 3 ايام يتم تغير سله آلمهملات فقط من غير تنظيف الغرفه و بعد ما طلبنا من الرسبشن انتظم التنظيف للغرفه .
رجعت يوم لقيت باب الغرفه مفتوح بعد التنظيف !!
المواقف مقابل رسوم و لم يتم إبلاغنا بذلك عند الدخول

This is the first hotel that I've been to where I could not get a cup of tea. Yes, I came back tired and cranky and I just wanted a cup of tea with cookie. That's a stupid, little, thing but it really turned me off to your hotel. The front desk could not get me a tea bag and there were none in the room. Another small item but since I was ticked off already it was a bummer, handicapped room, already in the shower, realized with pump body wash I needed a wash cloth. They were all the way out in the sink alcove. Not happening. Need them in the shower room.

Pros:

Room was spacious & well appointed. Everything was very clean, housekeeping did a great job! Bed comfy, will be back

Cons:

While the parking rates are reasonable, I'm not a fan of paid parking at hotels. Especially in the burbs. Also a persistent odor in the halls & by the elevator on the 4th floor. Was very unpleasant, yuck! Did not permeate the elevators & every other place was fine
