The kids had a blast and didn't want to leave.
Pros:

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was pretty clean except for a dirty comforter on one of our beds. The location of our rooms was great - close to the pool and vending machines. There were plenty of pillows and towels provided. The TVs were a good size. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room as well as a blow dryer.

Cons:

The heater didn't work in one of our rooms. The heater also was not working in the pool area, it was only 52 degrees despite the heat being set to 75. The pool water was cold and the jets in the whirlpool didn't work. The beds were quite uncomfortable.

The room was clean and comfortable. But the room was set at 60 degrees when we can in the room.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing and very clean.

Cons:

We stayed for 2 weeks, I feel we should of gotten at least a 2 day stay for free

Pros:

Room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the climate control worked well. Appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom and that the fridge had a freezer compartment for our ice packs. We were on the third floor, so it was nice and quiet too.
