Bed beg, management doesn’t respond.
Pros:

The property is located in a good location. It is close to shopping and restaurants.

Cons:

This property is lacking cleanliness and professionalism. We found a bed bug on a towel. I contacted staff and was told there was nothing they could do. I was given a number to call for management. Management hasn’t answered my call nor have they returned my call when I left a message.

The facility was dirty. I seen a pill laying in the hallway and a used condom in the parking lot. The room had a lot of dirt and dust.

Poor
Pros:

We had to move twice…3 rooms in 24 hours. Lights in bathroom didn’t work, loud mechanical noise, got locked out of our 2nd room…door knob broke. Third room was ok but had now closet door knob, ceiling light didn’t work in bathroom.

Staff was very good to work with and the desk gal adjusted our room charge. Don’t know that we would stay there again.

Pros:

Loved how close it was to everything.

Cons:

Our bath tub had a continuous leak the whole time we were there. Not a big deal but was a little annoying when trying to go to sleep.

Pros:

The room we had was excellent for a family and the breakfast was excellent. Front desk staff was very accommodating

Cons:

The showers in all 3 rooms had mold. The handicapped rooms had horrible showers (had 2 for parents). One was a bathtub with a shower that screamed like a sick dog. The other had a shower without a chair or a lip on the shower so it ran all over the bathroom. Cleaning staff did not replace towel or even come in during the day to make beds. Stayed 4 night, not once was the room attended.

Pros:

The breakfast was good. The newer part of the building was nice. But our end there was significant remodeling definitely not worth $217 per night, not including taxes.

Cons:

The pool was awful. There was black mold all over the ceiling. Missing tile pieces and the chlorine was way too strong. The remodeling that was taking place could have been hazardous for guests who weren't careful. Definitely not worth the $217 per night plus taxes.

I will never return
Cons:

Very poorly maintained. Furniture in the room was stained, our toilet wouldn’t flush and the ceiling in the hallways had duct tape. Toby at the front desk threatened me at check in, if my kids run in the halls after 10 he will kick us out without warning.

Mold in the bath, walls had spill residue on them, toilet seat had a pee dribble when we arrived. The pool was closed before before the time it said it was closed.

Won’t stay here again due to frequent pool issues.
Pros:

Hotel in general is nice. Lobby, breakfast area, hallways, room and elevator are clean and in good up keep.

Cons:

The last two times we’ve stayed here the pool has been down. This last trip 2/20-2/21 they told us the maintenance guy would be there any minute and the pool would be up within the hour. He wasn’t. Called this morning to see if it was up and running and it was still down. Staff gave the same answer: maintenance guy was on his way and pool would be up soon. You guessed it, it wasn’t….kids were very disappointed.
