Great location
Pros:

Great spot, fantastic staff, beds comfy enough, we just like firmer beds, walking distance to restaurants, stayed one night would stay again

I’d take this over corporate lodgings any day! Very cool vibe!
Pros:

Awesome little hotel. The room is super basic but nice. Modern look so doesn’t feel like your average motel. Great bathroom amenities. We did not use the pool or sauna while there. The pool looked ok. A little messy. The neighborhood around it seemed a little sketch but we had no problems. It’s like 2 blocks to “downtown”. Ideal location. If you are going for the Round-up you could walk there! The staff was super nice and helpful. Great coffee in the morning. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Bring earplugs. The AC was loud and did not run consistently. I wish it had as the road the motel is on is a truck route so lots of loud traffic. That would have drown out the sounds. We paid to upgrade to a “better room” but it was close to the office and I honestly thought it was the worst location. It’s right by the office so lots of activity. This is an older re-vamped motel with super thin doors/windows. The pillows could really use a refresh. They were lumpy and super soft. Also, our nightstand on one side of the bed was about to fall down. I let the front desk know and they were very responsive. The screws should have been tightened before we checked in.

Hotel manager was exceptional, and staff were very friendly!

We wanted this to be a great stay, but it was not the best fit for our needs.
Pros:

The staff at the Motolodge were wonderful and the lobby coffee was great! Also, there is a fantastic Thai restaurant with takeout in walking distance!

Cons:

The room/bathroom, was smaller than we had anticipated and the bed frame corners caught our shins, toes & ankles multiple times. There is a wonderful dog park several blocks down, but the actual property is not ideal for anyone with a dog. Also, after many hours on the road, time in the hot tub would have been really nice, but it was out of order.

Great Location & Friendly Staff!!
Pros:

Staffs were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the door lock of the first room I checked in and was resolved right away for switching room. Location was great and within walking distance to major attractions.

Cons:

The mattress is quite soft to my liking but otherwise everything else was great.
