Lovely people, a welcoming stay, a delightful surprise
Pros:

Breakfast was great, loved the size of the room and the little kitchen, and the desk was really convenient and spacious.

Cons:

We couldn’t find ice. It would have been nice to either have an ice maker on the floor or in the room

We made reservations through Booking.com they failed to make the reservations with the Motel.
Cons:

The way Booking.com handle things we made reservations through Booking.com but Booking.com failed to set it up with the Motel. So we had no reservations. Never will use Booking.com again.

Decent for a last minute stay
Pros:

The staff were great, breakfast was good, and the shared amenities were nice (gym, lobby)

Cons:

Our room was poorly cleaned, Lots of dog hair on the floor and sofa. Soiled comforter - the housekeeping staff changed out our bedding for us.

Pros:

The breakfast was ok. I would've liked more options the both times I stayed. Like more fruit and more protein options but it was okay for what was offered.

Cons:

The extra $26.00 fee for parking that I wasn't made aware of.

The last night around 9:30 front desk receptionist was amazing and soooo polite when I check in every question I had she was willing to answer and was so patient with me
