Wish they would have bacon some mornings, very friendly over all. Housekeepers really didn’t understand when speaking to them, toilet was never clean

The staff was helpful and served a wonderful breakfast. There were several schools staying there and the staff was able to keep food filled and accommodate each school during our stay.

I had a confirmed reservation at this hotel for tonight, 2/5/2026, for one night. When I arrived this afternoon to check in, I was told—without any prior notice—that my reservation had been canceled. I received no email, no text, nothing. The hotel had overbooked and had no rooms available. I was left standing there as a Marriott customer with absolutely no options, no explanation, no remorse, and no sympathy. This experience was infuriating and completely unacceptable. I deeply regret being a Marriott Bonvoy member.
I had the pleasure of staying here for a short conference for work. While waiting for a shuttle, I was blown away with the professionalism of Kristi at the front desk. She listened to every guest request and was so smart to think about and prompt the inevitable next question. She clearly cares for her work and for the guest experience. Breakfast was great, loved the size of the room and the little kitchen, and the desk was really convenient and spacious.
We couldn’t find ice. It would have been nice to either have an ice maker on the floor or in the room
