Conveniently located close to the cruise port. They also offer parking and shuttle to the port. We did not use them for that but will consider it next time . The hotel is nothing fancy but very practical and the staff were very nice and helpful.
The breakfast was very limited. Eggs are only hard boiled. Everything else was high carbs.

It was very clean, and the staff were friendly . The pool looked very nice even though we didn’t go in it.
The rooms felt cold and impersonal. The vinyl flooring, made the room echo and feel very cold. The window unit air conditioner was very loud. We barely had hot water to take our showers, it was lukewarm. The same happened in my son‘s room.
The breakfast was pretty useless for my diabetic husband. The only thing he could eat was the hard boiled eggs, and I don’t eat sweets, would’ve settled for a piece of toast, but that wasn’t offered. Needless to say, we left hungry.
For your safety and your sanity, do not stay here.
This hotel is a masterclass in “absolutely not.”
I booked through Hotwire and they tried contact the hotel to switch to a location closer to the airport. The hotel flat-out refused—something no other hotel has ever done. Fine. I kept the reservation anyway. Big mistake.
I arrived after midnight, got my key, and was sent to a second building out back—poorly lit, not connected to the main one, and definitely not elevator-equipped. I had to walk past a man smoking, alone, and drag two suitcases up two flights of stairs. Charming.
The hallway reeked of weed, and the room wasn’t exactly sparkling. The toilet didn’t work, but it was late and I didn’t feel safe calling anyone up.
Breakfast was 7–9 a.m. I showed up at 8:40. At 8:59 the juice machines were shut off, and at 9:00 sharp the already-sad food vanished. I managed to pour waffle batter and grabbed fruit, which I ended up giving to an elderly couple who arrived seconds too late.
Back in my room, the safety latch I’d used the night before had mysteriously fallen off. Not unsettling at all.
I needed the bathroom—remember, broken toilet—so I asked for help. A man arrived with a plunger (no bag, no gloves, no anything) and spent ten long minutes splashing dirty water around while accomplishing absolutely nothing. I stood by the door the entire time because I did not feel comfortable.
That was my cue. I packed, checked out, shook the dust off my sandals, and never looked back.

People was too noisey and across the hall they were in and out of their room all night slamming doors , couldn't sleep very well...😖
The bed was comfortable
The area is very sketchy. We had to drive by a homeless encampment with obvious drug use.
The fact that we checked in and the staff knew there was no water was appalling. No water to flush a toilet, run the sink or the shower. How they had the breakfast area open with no possible way to clean your hands was disgusting.

Not a great area to walk out side. Were earmed by uber drivers to be very careful
The manger and front desk staff was nice.
The lady in the breakfast area was rude. The people who cleaned the room was rude and told me she was only giving me one towel for 2 guests and to go on. The toilet did not flush properly. We reported in to the front desk and they said they would send someone to look at it but never did. It was terrible.
