No volvería a este hotel, básicamente por su ubicación
Pros:

La habitación estaba bien

Cons:

La ubicación , el sector súper sucio, salimos en busca de un restaurante cuando llegamos de noche y los ratones nos hicieron devolvernos al hotel , contenedores de basura , olor a orina , mal !!!

Un très bon hôtel qui mériterait un meilleur emplacement
Pros:

L'amabilité des personnels de l'accueil surtout mais aussi des petits déjeuners.

Cons:

1 - L'accès au parking du 3ème étage particulièrement difficile à notre arrivée à cause de l'étroitesse des lieux en raison des nombreux véhicules et scooters en stationnement.
2 - Le quartier de l'hôtel.

Upmarket place to stay for Genoa port but traffic issues finding the port should not be underestimated even with Goggle
Pros:

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite on the top (7th) floor with a great views from across the commercial harbour. A meal in the bar matching pizzas to local beers was a fun and economic way to eat. Staff were very helpful. The room was quiet.

Cons:

Finding the reserved area for parking felt difficult and expensive for any benefit provided. Roads all around the area were very difficult to navigate due to multi level cross overs and local signage that was difficult to read for the port, meaning that a 5/10 minute max drive took us over 45 minutes causing a huge amount of stress amongst a convoy of clearly lost vehicles even with lighter traffic around between 06-30 and 07-00. Hotel only had a small gym as any additional benefit offered.

Gute Lage, um vor oder nach Schiffsreisen zu übernachten
Pros:

Perfekte Lage, wenn man abends mit der Fähre ankommt. 5 Minuten Fahrt und man ist beim Hotel. Parkgarage im Hotel.
Zimmer im 6ten Stock sehr ruhig, super und lange geschlafen. Grossartiger Ausblick über den Hafen.
Frühstück normal, aber gut.
Abendessen im Hotel war gut, aber dank einer Busreisegruppe war es extrem laut im Speisesaal.

Cons:

Umgebung ohne Restaurants, nur einige kleine Bars. (wussten wir aber im voraus)

Pros:

We had booked a superior room and they put us on the top, executive floor. We had a huge balcony with a view of the city and water. I also felt like it was a big room compared to other European hotel rooms. We had also ordered at from the hotel restaurant, and thought the food was amazing! Highly recommend trying the restaurant while staying here!!

Cons:

Sadly their air conditioning was completely broken in the whole hotel when we stayed here, so our room was extremely hot. Also, parking was extremely confusing. There are 2 parking lots. 1 is under the hotel and there are no signs saying you have to walk out of the garage and around the building to reach the hotel. The other is a little bit of a drive from the hotel, but ultimately ends up connected to the 3rd floor. Last thing, when we had the balcony/window doors opened, the highway next to the hotel was noisy, but when the windows were closed, you couldn’t hear it at all.
