Good location and decent value.
Pros:

Great location near Mt Sunapee ski resort. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Continental breakfast could be improved by adding hot protein. Hot water provided by boilers, ran out by 8 pm as property was fully booked, has to wait until 9 for hot shower. Furniture is dated.

We enjoyed our stay and would return because of the location and friendly staff.

The location was great, next to the ski mountain. The facilities and amenities were a plus

Cons:

We had no hot water! And it was exspensive for the one night , especially with no hot water , and we booked with booking . Com so they couldn’t give me anything back

We plan to come again and stay longer
Pros:

The room was spacious with two bedrooms and a kitchen. A hot tub and two pools with clean, comfortable locker rooms. Tea and coffee were available till almost midnight.

Cons:

A breakfast was rather simple. I would love to have a bath in the room, but with a hot tub on the ground floor, it was not critical.

We felt like we were back in Austria at a family run hotel...cozy and relaxing!
Pros:

We liked the space and lay out of the suite. There was a fireplace, couch and chairs to sit around play games, watch movies and enjoy drinks together. The community game shelf was wonderful. Another bonus, the breakfast stayed open until 10:30 perfect for slow mornings on the mountain. The pool and hot tub were on the bottom floor accessible with an elevator no walking through the lobby to get there.

Cons:

Check out was 10:00 A.M. which was tricky. We would prefer 11:00.
