Poor Communication from management , front desk amazing,
Pros:

The only thing great about this stay was your front desk staff. Artarshia was absolutely hospitable, welcoming kind and helpful!

Rooms: three rooms were reserved all 6 queen beds were sleeping on rocks.
Bathrooms: old run down and very noisy (toilets)
Cleanliness : houskeeeping started vacuuming halls before 9am which woke us up out of our sleep, the hope for sleeping in literally got sucked away.

Jacuzzi/pool: amazing , unfortunate pool was not heated only because the layout of the buildings does not allow any sun at all.

Location good, atmosphere nice.

They charged us a bunch of fees for one room that had some flowers and never heard back from manager to discuss. Did not feel like an honor to be a Hilton’s member at this location. Artarshia was the only one we encountered that made this visit good.
