The room was comfortable but I was cold all night.

Cons:

Front desk check in not available, myself and 2 other customers had to wait for him to come out from the back. The other customer yelled "hello" to get someone's attention. I tried using the phone in the room to call the front desk, never hot an answer. I tried 3 times. I finally used my cell phone and called this location and got an answer. I asked how to adjust the thermostat as the room was freezing, he didn't know and says he could send maintenance ip, this was 830pm I declined as we were ready to go to bed.

I slipped in the lobby restroom because no one put out a wet floor sign. I was lucky to catch my fall but had bruises & soreness. Just because I refused medical attention the hotel waves me off no follow up call something. Medical attention is for people whom are bleeding under stress I didn’t need it. Manger Bobby was not helpful at all no customer service. Still no follow up call something as serious as this the hotel don’t care.

Pleasant stay.
Pros:

The location was easy to get to with little traffic. Easy to park. Staff were cleaning the grounds every time I was out side the building.There wasn't any trash in the halls or elevators. Very clean..

Cons:

Needed room service as we came in late and were too tired to leave to eat off grounds.

Great! Will definitely stay again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Room was very comfortable. Thermostat controls were easy to see and operate. Lots of accessible electrical outlets for charging phones, iPads, etc.

Cons:

I was in a handicap room. The toilet was way too low. Other than that, had an enjoyable stay.
