El único inconveniente y ajeno al hotel fue que no pudimos desayunar ya que una persona con bastante gripe y tos, paso por toda la barra de desayunos tosiendo.aobre ella sin la.menor cortesía de taparse y decidimos ir a desayunar a otro lugar

Great location off of the main highway and close to shopping which makes it very convenient.
Pros:

There really wasn’t anything bad about our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and we were satisfied. We will stay again the next time we travel to El Paso.

Poor sleep due to so much construction noise and vibrations like little earthquakes. Talked to front desk but said they couldn’t give refund due to third party reservation so gave a few thousand points. I didn’t realize that, so will book directly with hotel from now on.
