AC EXTRAORDINARY COOLING WHEN WE ENTERED THE ROOM, We had to keep AC OFF whole night then also feeling cold after 12 hrs of check in

It’s good
I like that we were able to see a lot of weddings. But with the weddings the hotel was very busy.
Very unhelpful staff. Arbitrary rules they follow. They made a scene while checking in and asked me to add 2nd person name through Expedia, and Expedia asked me to talk to the hotel. The dont have a good working relationship. Paid customers are treated badly. Only good thing about this hotel is food. Vegetarian Indian food is good. Non-Indian food is also bad.
Great experience, staff, highly professional
Our room type was not clean so they moved us to another suite that is available. Since we have plan next day and not available to switch our room type to stay in same room. For that they charged us much more than the rate listed on their site. We end up paying much more what we booked due to their negligence to clean room properly.

The room was quite spacious and nice. Bathroom was also good. There was some issue of bath area drain clogging which was promptly attended by staff.

This property is more of a marraige hall and very loud during marriage season. You cannot sleep before 11pm as the rooms are not sound proof and the outside noise of music and DJ will annoy you. It’s not worth a 5 star property.
Room service was quite slow. Despite booking a non-smoking room, there was a persistent cigarette odor due to an issue with the AC ventilation. Additionally, it was surprising to find that this 5-star hotel offers only vegetarian cuisine, which is unusual for a hotel of this rating.

Worst Hotel. Staff behaviour, Room quality, Food quality and service extremely poor. Don’t even think of booking this hotel ever.
